A short meditation to reconnect with your base. You'll be guided to connect with the ground, root yourself through the base of your body, your root chakra. You'll use the Mantra Lam to connect even deeper and allow centering and grounding to be felt. A nice way to rebalance yourself and come back to love and trust.

Hello and welcome to seven minutes to We Connect.

My name is Dominika,

And I'm very happy to guide you to the base today.

Please sit down comfortably and in a relaxed way.

When you're ready,

Start to notice your breath,

Your inhale,

Your exhale,

Let the breath flow gently through your nose.

And as you next exhale,

Close your eyes.

Fully release here.

Now travel with your awareness down to the base of your spine.

Guide your breath all the way down and feel this area in your body,

The base of your spine,

The inside.

Rude yourself down from the space into the ground,

Feeling the connection of your body to the ground.

Maybe even feel how roots are growing into the ground with each exhale.

And as you breathe and root deeper and deeper here,

Repeat the following phrases mentally.

I am grounded.

I am strong.

I am powerful.

I am held.

I let go.

As you continue to rest,

Grounded,

Connected to the earth,

Guiding your breath deep,

Mentally repeat the mantra long with each breath.

And with each repetition,

Feel more connection to the ground,

The earth.

Allow to rise red energy from the earth into the area around your base.

Continue the mantra long.

Long.

Long.

Long.

Long.

Your mind drifts off.

Become aware.

And again,

Come back to repeat with the breath.

Long.

Long.

Long.

Long.

Very slowly.

Let's go off the mantra now.

Once again,

Feel the connection from your body to the earth.

We notice the red light that's flowing through your entire body now.

You are grounded and held,

Carried at all times.

Slowly deepen the breath and guide yourself back to where are you sitting,

Noticing any noises around you.

Take your time to fully come back to your day,

Grounded,

Reconnected,

Full of energy and strength.

When you're ready,

Slowly and gently allow your eyes to open,

Come back to your day.
