I recorded this guided practice out in nature, to bring you back to yourself, through breath and body awareness. The focus is on grounding and relaxing, easing into the heart energy your true essence of love. The nature sounds do take over at some points but I do hope you can still enjoy and follow the guidance and allow yourself to be at ease. The first two mintues are the introduction. The meditation ends with an Om chant.
