Evening Meditation.
For this meditation I invite you to find a comfortable seat where you could even lie down in bed.
Make yourself comfortable.
Roll your shoulders back and rest your hands on your thighs or if you're lying down next to your body.
Now take a deep inhale here and a long slow exhale.
Arrive fully to this moment.
Now roll your eyes up to look up as if you wanted to look at your eyebrows.
Stay like this.
Take a deep inhale.
Exhale out through the mouth.
Again inhale deeply through your nose.
Exhale through your mouth.
And inhale again deeply through the nose.
And as you exhale allow your eyes to close.
Relax the eyeballs.
Feel how heavy your eyes are.
Even if you wanted to you couldn't open them anymore right now.
And allow this relaxing wave from your eyes to spread through your entire body.
Your whole body can relax now.
Take a moment to enjoy the release of each and every muscle in your face,
Your shoulders.
Allow the abdomen to release completely.
Your hips,
The legs and feet can fully relax here.
And then start to observe your breath.
To calm inhale and exhale.
And see if with each exhale you could release a little more.
Now allow this day to pass in front of you once again like a movie.
Without judgment notice and see all the things you've done,
The people you've met.
Allow the movie of your day to pass by in front of your inner eye now.
And then you arrive to this moment.
Where we are just now.
Now say thank you for everything there was for you today.
And bring one thing to mind that for you was a success today.
Maybe it is that you're taking time to do this meditation now.
Maybe it was your choice of breakfast,
A smile,
Something.
The one thing for you.
And remind yourself a success is a success is a success.
Allow yourself to smile and be proud of yourself.
And bring your hands together in front of your heart.
Allow your head to gently bow towards your fingers and thank yourself.
Thank yourself for the life you live,
Who you are.
And in your own time bring yourself back.
Opening your eyes whenever you're ready.
