So to begin we just take a few deep breaths,
Sitting comfortably or lying down awake and alert with our eyes closed looking up from within.
Let's just start to relax,
Let your muscles relax,
Allow your jaw to relax,
Your neck and shoulders,
Anywhere you're feeling any tension just begin to let go and feel supported by whatever you are sitting on or lying on.
You are supported and safe.
Now let's go on a journey together to our eternal home to remember and bring forth our true essence in this life.
You are like a bright shining star,
A being of light and pure consciousness and this experience of life you're having and have been having is just one moment in time.
It's one small aspect of a bigger picture.
So we're going to go on a soul journey to gain perspective.
We're going to go on a journey to experience our spiritual power and bring it forth.
As we relax into this experience we get the sense of being pulled up and out of this life experience.
We notice the drama of life start to gradually fade away as a distant memory.
You begin to feel lighter,
Brighter and more expanded as you travel the cosmos and beyond.
You notice a vortex and tunnel ahead in the distance.
It's a rainbow tunnel of bright colors.
You feel unconditional love emanating from this tunnel and as you approach it you feel inspired to enter experiencing the full range of these magnificent colors.
You go through the red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Blue,
Indigo and violet.
And at the end of the tunnel is a bright shining light.
This is a being of peace,
A being of purity and pure loving energy.
It's shining like the brightest star and you feel captivated by its essence.
You begin to soak in these qualities of this being.
Feeling peace,
The deep stillness that's always been in you,
The purity of consciousness that you are and the unconditional love that's surrounding you.
You begin to explore this place even more.
And you remember it's your eternal home,
The land of all souls.
As you float around you experience other beautiful bright souls.
Some of them you know very well.
They're emanating grace,
Faith,
Humility,
Spiritual power and they're sending you grand blessings on your journey.
You start to feel charged and powered up by this light filled home of yours.
You hear laughter and joy and you are enjoying so much time with your soul family here.
You begin to recall your mission and why you came to earth to be a powerful anchor of light.
And as you bask in these qualities and these virtues of the soul and your soul family you feel charged.
You remember it's time to go forth and ground the experience into the earth.
You head forth to the tunnel except this time the tunnel seems a bit different.
It has a certain quality about it that's going to help tone your chakras so that you exude your soul signature on earth more powerfully and more in tune with your true essence.
And so you go through the violet color of the crown chakra and you feel the oneness of all beings,
Of all life.
It's infused into you now.
Next you journey through the indigo color of your third eye center and your intuition starts to feel sharper.
Your frontal lobe feels more defined.
You pass on to the clear blue color of the throat chakra and this energy helps to clear any blocks you've had in communicating your sweet truth.
Now the color of a lush green jungle engulfs you and encodes you with a deep empathy,
Compassion and love for yourself and all beings past,
Present and future.
Your youthful aliveness is shining.
You approach the color of a bright yellow sun.
It represents your will and confidence.
You are more solid in the being of who you really are now.
As you continue through you pass a fiery orange flame representing your drive and passion to live your mission in the world.
And last you start to approach earth and come to the red roots of this world and ground in all this energy.
You feel so supported by the heavens,
Your eternal home and the earthly realm.
You are powered up by the light of your soul.
You are a being of pure light and consciousness.
You know who you really are and where you come from and what life is,
A stage,
A play.
What's new and different now and how will you play your role as an eternal soul?
And in your own time come forth into your body slowly adjusting to being here in the now.
You are solid and you are free and in the ultimate being you now dwell.
