Imagine sending a gentle wave of relaxation to those areas,
Allowing them to soften and release.
Now bring your attention to your feet.
Visualize a warm,
Soothing light washing over them.
Feel the muscles of your feet relax and allow this relaxation to rise up through your legs as if a gentle wave is flowing from your feet all the way to your hips.
Feel the muscles in your calves,
Thighs,
And hips.
Unwind.
Sense any lingering stress or tightness dissolving,
Replaced by a deep sense of calm and relaxation.
Shift your focus now to your lower back and abdomen.
Visualize the warm light expanding to this area,
Gently massaging and releasing any tension.
Allow the light to flow freely in this area,
Nurturing and relaxing the space.
Bring your attention to your hands.
Imagine the warmth and the relaxation spreading from your fingertips up through your wrists,
Forearms,
And upper arms.
Feel any tension melting away as your hands become completely relaxed and at ease.
Extend this relaxation to your shoulders and jaw,
Releasing the stiffness.
The light moves up your neck,
Relaxing the muscles and bringing a sense of ease.
Release any tension held in your jaw,
Allowing it to gently part and your facial muscles to soften.
Now direct your attention to your chest and heart center.
Visualize a comforting light enveloping this area,
Allowing your heart to open and expand.
Take a moment now to connect with your breath,
Feeling it fill your chest with each inhale and release any tension with each exhale.
Bring your awareness to your back and from your upper back down to your lower back.
Imagine the warm light gliding along your spine,
Loosening any knots or tightness and allowing your back to release and relax.
Lastly,
Focus on your head and scalp and visualize the warm light cascading down from the crown of your head,
Enveloping your entire scalp.
Feel any tension or pressure dissolve as your scalp and your forehead become smooth and relaxed.
Allow your face to soften,
Releasing any tension in your forehead,
Your temples and around your eyes.
A few moments here.
Now I want you to visualize yourself standing at the edge of a peaceful meadow.
This meadow represents your inner sanctuary,
A place where you can find solace and healing.
Observe the lush green grass swaying gently in the breeze and the colorful vibrant flowers that dot the landscape.
Notice the warmth of the sunlight caressing your skin,
Filling you with a soothing energy.
As you step forward into the meadow,
You see a small stream meandering through the grass.
This stream symbolizes the flow of consciousness.
Approach the stream and kneel down beside it.
Take a moment to observe the water.
You notice the water has some turbulence.
You also notice a bunch of rocks.
These rocks are like your anxious thoughts.
They weigh you down and they cause turbulence and ripples in your daily life experience.
Take a few moments to identify one of these rocks and as you do,
Ask yourself,
What is this limited belief or anxious thought that I'm holding on to represent?
Are you ready to transform this thought into its benevolent counterpart,
Its valuable lesson that showed up to help you grow and evolve?
As you become more open to this,
You realize having a peaceful steady stream in your mind would allow your life to have more fulfillment,
Ease,
And grace.
You realize it would give you much more power,
The type of soul power that will assist you to live your best life.
As you take responsibility for your experience and choose to be more aware of your creation,
The rocks begin to soften into pebbles.
The stream of consciousness begins dissolving them.
The stream tumbles them until all that is left is a crystal clear stream in a vibrant meadow.
As you look out into the meadow,
You see a kaleidoscope of butterflies symbolizing your transformation.
Observe their graceful flight as they soar higher and higher into the sky.
With each breath you take,
Feel a sense of release and lightness within you.
You are creating a powerful atmosphere because of your new choices and frequency.
Take a moment to soak in the serene atmosphere you have created for yourself,
Allowing it to penetrate every cell of your being.
Feel the gentle breeze against your skin,
The warmth of the sun on your face,
Debating your highest expression,
Grounding sensation of the earth beneath you.
State in this sanctuary you are safe.
When you are ready,
Slowly bring your awareness to the world around you.
