Welcome to this meditation to explore your multidimensional self.

My name is Beth and I'll be your guide.

This meditation accompanies an Insight Timer talk titled,

The Ten Bodies of Your Multidimensional Being.

If you haven't already listened to that recording,

It is recommended to do so first to acquaint yourself with your ten bodies.

Please make yourself comfortable either sitting or lying down with the back straight.

Settle yourself into stillness.

Now begin feeling the boundaries of your physical self.

Your physical body is the body with which you are most familiar.

Get a sense of its weight and shape in space.

What does your body have to tell you?

Does it have messages for you like pain or tenderness,

Fatigue or tightness?

Does it need attention of any kind?

Do you need to release judgments you may have about it?

How much are you aware of your body in any given day?

What takes you out of that awareness?

What helps you ground and center?

Take a moment to simply listen to your body.

Let it release its holdings and let go of all of its tension.

Now begin to tune into your breath.

Notice that there's nothing you need to do to breathe.

It happens automatically.

No matter how much breath you exhale,

You inhale again.

And no matter how much breath you inhale,

You exhale again.

Allow the wave of the breath to relax you even more deeply.

Can you feel a sort of breath taking place in each of your cells as they expand and contract with their environment?

Can you sense the subtle energy known as prana or chi moving freely through the channels or meridians of your physical body?

Where do you feel the life inside of you the most?

What feels tingly,

Electric,

And alive?

Take a moment to simply sense your pranic body.

Let it nourish your physical body.

Let us now tune in to our emotional body by turning our attention towards our state of being.

Is there a dominant emotional quality arising or perhaps hiding in the background?

Is it comfortable to feel or uncomfortable?

What is the message of what you feel?

What's it trying to tell you?

Can you bring up an emotional quality simply by thinking of it?

For example,

Can you bring up love by recalling a special person,

Place,

Or thing?

Focus solely on the emotion,

Whatever arises.

Each emotion is there to get our attention.

When we're willing to receive the message,

The emotional energy flows.

It comes.

It goes.

Do you resist certain emotional states or have preference for some over others?

What comes up when you feel emotions such as anger,

Joy,

Frustration,

Or sadness?

Take a moment to simply listen to your emotional body.

You may already be noticing how the physical,

Pranic,

And emotional bodies are interrelated and interdependent.

As we continue in consciousness,

You will see that all the bodies are interrelated.

From the emotional,

We now move into the mental realm.

You are a knowing,

Sensing being capable of categorizing,

Strategizing,

Analyzing,

Learning,

And meaning-making.

What thoughts are arising in your mind?

What preoccupies you?

What thoughts cause you worry or anxiety?

What thoughts do you find helpful?

What thoughts belong to you and which ones are placed there by caregivers or others?

What thoughts need to change or be updated or improved?

What thoughts bring you suffering in your emotional or physical body?

What influences your thought?

Can you now silence or distance yourself from thought enough to rise higher in consciousness?

Let us move our attention now into the more subtle realm of the auric field.

Start by focusing on the organ of the skin,

Once again the physical body.

Can you imagine or even feel a field of energy that surrounds you emanating a foot or more from the level of your skin out?

What color or colors is it?

Where might it be a little torn or untidy?

Where might there be blockages or stagnation?

Can you imagine smoothing it out and repairing any tears or holes?

Can you imagine it getting brighter and brighter,

Brilliant and clear and strong,

Like a protective shield or egg all around your body?

We now tap into the wisdom or intuitive body.

Perhaps you hold a question in your heart.

Ask now the wisdom body to penetrate the shield of your aura and offer you clear guidance.

Listen deeply.

Keep the mind empty and receptive.

If you aren't sure of the message,

Know that the translation will be complete at the right time and place.

Trust your inner knowing,

Your inner compass.

Are you willing to honor your guidance free of expectation of any particular outcome?

Can you anchor yourself in calm,

Mature and respectful wisdom?

Can you sense that your wisdom body is what conveys authority and authentic power?

Allow your wisdom body to filter down into all the layers of your being.

Let us raise our consciousness to yet another level,

To the radiant body.

Just beyond the aura,

Feel the emanations of your true self and your spiritual heart.

Feel the love you are.

This isn't the personal love of the emotional body,

Dependent on situation or circumstance or object.

It's the all-pervading love of your being.

Feel your connection to all things.

This is the radiant light that protects and heals.

It is the attractor field,

Your magnetic being,

The compassionate dispenser of grace.

What feeling state is it that you most wish to manifest?

Let the radiant body generate this state and magnetize you to all good things and highest potentials,

In service to all that is.

Now imagine yourself moving out towards the stars in a night sky.

Perhaps there's a soft glowing moon pulling you gently like the tides.

The entire vast cosmos is a reflection of your celestial self.

Open yourself to your bliss body and float peacefully out among the constellations and colorful nebulas.

Feel vast and immense silence penetrate your being.

Breathe in that peace and let it move down through all the layers of yourself.

It is now time to meet your soul,

The timeless,

Overarching,

Animating principle of every life's journey that ties you to a sense of me.

It's the projection room which illuminates the realistic illusion of the separate self.

It's that thin silver thread,

The final tether between you and your false self.

Can you imagine taking a step back from the movie screen of your life?

Can you allow your individual soul to dissolve into the supreme?

Accept your paradoxical part in the divine mystery to realize with real eyes you are eternal and imperishable.

And now,

The absolute,

Which is best experienced without words.

Can you allow yourself to sink into a deep and infinite stillness?

Silence and spaciousness.

Be absorbed into oneness with all.

Bring yourself gently back into the present time,

Space and place.

Allow a deep full breath.

Feel yourself aligned and fully connected to all parts of your multidimensional self.

That ends this meditation.
