Use this meditation for when you're dealing with a moment or a situation that brings up anxiety or stresses you out. By repeating this meditation during moments of stress and anxiety you are changing how you respond to your old patterns and and planting wholesome seeds for your future self.

This mini meditation will help you cope with a moment of stress or anxiety so begin by placing one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly and just bring attention to the body breathing notice the breath are you breathing from the chest or the belly is the breath shallow and fast or deep and slow now take a slow and deep breath in through your nose and slowly release it out through your mouth again take a slow deep breath in through your nose and gently just letting it out through the mouth again take a deep and slow breath in through the nose filling the belly with air like a balloon and letting it out through the mouth slowly and gently as you notice the belly deflate repeat this again feel the movement of the belly and one more time deep deep deep breath in drawing in the deepest breath you've taken today and just letting it out through the mouth with a deep sigh out great great job take a moment to notice how you feel if you chose to do this meditation right after or even in between a stressful situation take a moment to honor your effort no matter the outcome of this meditation you chose to plant wholesome and good seeds instead of reacting in the same old way as you go about your day remember that you always have this choice to take a pause to take a moment to calm to choose better and to transform
