Taking an exhale,

Just letting the shoulders relax and just let yourself be held by whatever it is that you're sitting on.

So take one big breath in for the body,

One big breath for the mind,

And one big breath for the soul.

And now just focus on listening to the space around you,

Listening to the space and bringing your attention to your breath.

Breathe in and breathe,

Deepen your breath.

Breathe in deeper,

Exhale slow.

Now bringing your attention down to the base of your spine.

Breathing now into the base and just visualize a cord going down deep into the earth and letting the energy of the earth connect you at the base of the spine.

And now bringing your attention up to just below the belly button.

Breathing in,

Feeling the belly expand.

Exhale letting the belly relax.

Now bringing your attention and your awareness to your stomach and feeling the upper half of your body expand on every inhale,

Letting it relax on every exhale.

Just repeating this process for another five times.

Breathing in at the top,

Your attention and your awareness up into the heart.

Breathing into the chest.

Every inhale feeling your chest expand and every exhale you relax.

Keep breathing into the heart and letting the heart open and expand on every inhale.

Now going from the heart,

Moving up to the throat.

Breathing into the throat,

Up from the throat into the third eye at the center of your head.

And just simply breathing into that space.

Every inhale brings your mind into relaxation and every exhale feel your mind resting in your heart,

Creating peace of mind.

And now just focusing at the top of your head,

Two to three inches above the top of your head,

Focusing your attention and your awareness there now.

Breathing in and exhale and allow this flow of energy now to pour down through the top of your head,

Down into the third eye,

The middle of your head,

Into your throat,

Into your heart,

Into your stomach,

Into your pelvis and down into the root and the base of your spine and just simply connect to this energy.

Clearing your energy field,

Bringing you peace of mind,

Connecting you to your heart and rooting you into the earth.

Just take a couple moments now to feel this,

Embrace this and to be this energy,

To be with this flow of energy that lives within you.

Now just taking one big breath for the soul,

Exhale,

One big breath for the mind and exhale,

Big breath for the body,

Exhale.

Slowly feeling your fingertips,

Your toes and bringing your awareness now to this present moment and this space and when you're ready you can gently open your eyes.
