Hello and welcome to day one of the Discover Your Flow Meditation Series.
So just let yourself get comfortable finding a comfy spot to sit or lie down.
This is going to be a transmission that will take you far away.
And as you relax and dive deep into your own being,
I'd like you to pay attention to your breath.
Taking a big breath in and exhale.
Really allowing yourself to sink into your being.
Feeling supported on whatever it is that you're sitting on.
As you drop in deeper,
Remember to breathe and bring your awareness to your stomach.
Every inhale the stomach expands.
Every exhale the stomach releases.
As you drop in,
Take a moment to visualize yourself outside of yourself.
Take a look at how you're doing.
How do you sit?
How do you breathe?
Are you carrying any tensions?
And if you find some,
Just gently place your hand and give yourself some comfort and some loving.
Allowing yourself to relax into yourself.
I'm going to give you a few moments here to just soak in the beautiful presence that you have left your focal position.

And as you begin to really enjoy and welcome your own presence into your own being,
Just like you to slowly bring your attention back to your toes and into your fingertips as you continue to radiate the warmth of your being.
Gently making your way back to this space and in this moment,
Feeling refreshed,
Comforted,
And loved.

You are heard,
And you are felt.
