Take a moment, and bring your senses right back into this moment. Settle your energy into the now, into the presence of your own heart. And allow the flow of consciousness to flow through you, as you are. There is nowhere to go, and nobody to become.

Welcome my friends.

Welcome to another guided meditation here.

So we're just gonna start off by Letting yourself get really comfortable relax understanding that there is Nowhere to go nobody to become and to simply bring your attention now onto that which you're sitting on Feeling your feet on the floor your backside on a chair or a cushion and just let yourself be Into this moment.

And so the first step we're going to take now is to simply Listen to the space around you the air flow in the room.

There's passing traffic outside The breeze the trees the leaves now simply bringing your attention to your breath another big breath in exhale Lastly one big breath for the soul.

I'll just take a moment here to soak in the silence Simply connecting with your breath and slowly bringing your attention now down to your heart You can even place one hand on your heart and just notice how your heart beats Acknowledging that no matter where you went who you were being What happened to you?

Or what you did your heart was always beating the presence of your heart was always present No matter what moment you were conceived in the womb to where you are right now And so bringing this appreciation this acknowledgement to the love that already lives within you bringing gratitude to your organs to your heart organs to your digestive system to even your own thinking mind continue to breathe and Just bringing your attention back to your breath the tips of your toes your ankles Your fingertips and your hands Gently and softly taking one big breath for the soul One big breath for your mind and big breath for your body and now slowly gently opening your eyes and Just soaking in this moment exactly as it is This moment is perfect as it is and just carry this awareness with you throughout your day This connected nature that lives within you let this permeate through your being and radiate through you shining the warmth and light Similar to that of the Sun the same feeling you feel When the Sun hits your skin that same warmth Radiating out of you much love and speak to you guys soon
