Hello and welcome to day 2 of the Discover Your Flow Meditation Series.

Just breathe.

No need to even pay attention to your breathing.

Simply be.

Allowing yourself to drop deeper into this space of now.

And allow your mind to relax.

If you hear a thought or you're thinking about anything,

It's okay.

Simply ask,

Who is listening?

And as you turn your attention to the listener,

Allow yourself to become the listener.

Become the observer.

Breathing at your own natural pace.

Listen to the sensation of this now moment.

Anchor yourself into this now moment.

Allow yourself to receive in this now moment.

Where there's nowhere to go and nobody to become.

Be pure lightness and pure living.

Fast in this infinite unconditional love that surrounds you.

And become grateful for this energy is around you and within you.

And receive.

Allowing real rest to wash over you.

Real calmness washing over you.

With the softness and gentleness of the presence of your own being.

Allow yourself to calm.

Deeply listening.
