Breathe.
Breathe in.
And release.
Place your mind at rest.
Place your soul in harmony.
Imagine your body weightless.
As I begin to relay the story of the great white wolf.
The great white wolf.
Imagine it now.
Its fur.
The bristles of its fur and tail.
Imagine the eyes leading to a long snout.
The air as you breathe in,
Releases from his mouth.
And you breathe in as he inhales.
And you blow out.
Envision the breath that comes from the animal.
Inhale and release.
You're looking at this animal face to face.
Breathe in and relax.
Breathe in and relax.
As you stare at this wolf and he begins to stare back at you.
You begin to feel that feeling in the pit of your stomach.
The anxiety.
The nervousness.
You don't want to move.
He watches every muscle.
So you're still.
You do not move.
Frozen for whatever muscle you move,
He may feel it's an attack.
So you remain calm.
Soft.
And you breathe like a mirror with this wolf.
Mimic his breath as you breathe in through your nostrils,
Engorging your lungs.
Let the wolf and exhale.
You mimic the wolf with your breathing.
Breathe in and relax.
Focusing on his eyes,
You can almost feel the heartbeat pounding.
You can hear it surging through your body right now.
The thumping of it.
Listen as you breathe in.
And relax.
That feeling in your stomach,
You've felt it before.
It's fear.
There's no other word for this.
What is the emotion poisoned by your mind to create a scenario where fear has taken over?
The wolf moves slightly.
And you breathe in.
And release as you stare down this wolf.
Your body,
Calm.
You can feel your heart beating and you realize that you need to slow it down.
Relax your shoulders.
Slow your heartbeat down.
You don't want to make the wolf nervous.
As he begins to inhale your scent,
To smell your fear,
You inhale with him.
And release.
Your heartbeat slowing.
Blood rushing to your limbs.
You feel the sensation running down into your fingers.
The relaxing warm blood running down your back where there was once shivers.
Releasing down through your buttocks,
Down your legs,
And into your toes.
You feel alive as you breathe deeply in and exhale.
You can see his breath exhaling from his mouth as he's watching,
Mirroring you.
This beast is fear.
And it can be crippling.
Sometimes you run away from this fear,
Only so that it catches you later.
Only the few are brave enough to stare it in the face.
You are brave.
You are strong.
You are confident.
Your body grows larger than the wolf.
He takes a step back to watch as your energy grows larger than your body,
As your confidence grows with your inner strength.
Breathe in the strength through your nose.
Expand your chest.
And release.
Mat the details of this wolf.
The legs.
The paws.
The mouth.
The mouth.
You rise above the wolf as he lowers his head.
As you face your fear,
You realize you are no longer marrying the wolf.
You are backing this wolf up.
Step by step,
He backs up.
In your mind,
You are growing larger and this wolf getting further and smaller away from you.
Breathe deep.
Feel the strength of your body now.
The confidence.
The will.
Take one step towards this wolf.
He looks worried and takes two steps back,
Beginning to cower from you.
Feel the energy building within your power,
Within your body,
Within your mind.
You tower over this wolf now.
As you breathe in your strength,
You exhale courage as you face this white fear and you take another step forward.
As a darkness behind the wolf,
The tail fades into this darkness as the wolf backs away.
Your arms feel strong.
You take another step towards the fear,
Facing your fear,
Facing your wolf.
Half the body disappears as you take another final step with a wolf with an exhale that is so great it startles the fear out of your body.
Breathe in and let it out.
The wolf disappears except for the eyes,
Watching you as you watch back,
As you stare down your fear.
It slips away into the darkness.
You relax your mind.
There is nothing left but calm,
Cool energy surging through your body,
Your heartbeat.
You can feel it beating in your chest,
Blood surging.
You are alive.
You are strong.
Strong enough to face your fears.
Strong enough to rise above the challenge.
Know that these challenges are only meant for you to grow.
To be rewarded,
To be at peace with who you are.
Breathe in and release.
Love and Light.
Breathe in and release.
