Welcome and thank you for joining me in this meditation on loving kindness using the 7 yoga meditation technique developed by Robert Taylor,
Founder of 7 Yoga.
Please sit comfortably in a chair with both feet flat on the ground and keep your spine straight.
We will briefly clear our chakras prior to meditation.
Close your eyes and let go of all tension,
Worry,
Or fear.
Take a deep breath and as you exhale,
Relax.
Inhale,
Hold.
Exhale,
Relax.
Inhale.
And exhale and relax.
Place your hands in prayer position at the third eye just above the center of your eyebrows and there form the intention to surrender to your higher self.
Lowering your hands to your heart level,
Give thanks,
Gratitude,
And praise to the teachers and masters who have preceded us on the path.
Really feel that gratitude.
Rest your hands comfortably in your lap.
Bring your awareness to your first chakra at the base of your spine.
For each chakra,
Form the intention to clear any blocks.
The color for the first chakra is red.
If you wish to use the words of power,
The word is LAM.
Move your awareness up to the second chakra just below your navel.
The color is orange.
The word is VAM.
Move your awareness to the third chakra just above your navel.
The color is yellow.
The word is RAM.
The fourth chakra is located in the center of your chest.
The color is green.
The word is YAM.
The fifth chakra is located at the throat.
The color is turquoise.
The word is HUM.
Sixth chakra is located at your third eye just above the center of your eyebrows.
The color is indigo.
The word is OM.
The seventh chakra is located at the top of your head,
The crown chakra.
The color is violet.
The words of power are OM SATYANG OM.
Bring your awareness to your heart center.
And there,
No loving kindness.
No loving kindness more deeply.
No loving kindness deeper yet.
No loving kindness deeper still.
Feel loving kindness.
Feel loving kindness more deeply.
Feel loving kindness deeper yet.
Feel loving kindness deeper still.
Merge into and become one with loving kindness.
Let go.

Let go.
Let go.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Send golden light down through the bottom of your feet to the center of the earth and ground.
