And thank you for joining me in this meditation on harmony using the 7 Yoga Meditation Technique developed by Robert Taylor,
Founder of 7 Yoga.
The guided portion of this meditation will be followed by a few minutes of silence and a bell to signal the end.
Now please sit comfortably in a chair with both feet flat on the ground and keeping your spine straight.
Place your hands together in prayer position and bring them up to your third eye just between your eyebrows and there surrender to your higher self.
Keeping your hands in prayer position,
Lower them to heart level and give thanks,
Gratitude and praise to the teachers and masters who have preceded us on the path.
Really feel that gratitude.
Now rest your hands comfortably in your lap and gently close your eyes.
Let go of all tension,
Worry and fear.
Relax.
Focusing your awareness on your breath,
Let's inhale deeply through your nose.
Hold.
Exhale and relax.
Inhale deeply.
Hold.
Exhale and relax.
Inhale deeply.
Hold.
Hold.
Exhale and relax.
Place your awareness in your heart center and there know harmony.
Know that you know harmony.
Know the feeling of knowing that you know harmony.
Know harmony more deeply.
Know that you know harmony more deeply.
Know the feeling of knowing that you know harmony more deeply.
Know harmony deeper yet.
Know that you know harmony deeper yet.
Know the feeling of knowing that you know harmony deeper yet.
Know harmony deeper still.
Know that you know harmony deeper still.
Know the feeling of knowing that you know harmony deeper still.
Merge in two and become one with harmony.
Let go.
