The Seven Yoga meditation technique was developed by Robert Taylor, founder of Seven Yoga. This meditation draws on the Seven Yoga techniques to cultivate a deeper “knowing” of harmony and the energy that complete harmonic alignment can bring our body and soul. This practice begins with guidance from Diana, before entering a few minutes of soft and soothing music, without any speaking or guidance. This space allows for contemplation and a deeper state of stillness, followed by a bell to signal the end of the meditation.
