Welcome to this expand and attract meditation.
When we open ourselves and our energy to feeling the feelings of an experience before it has we align ourselves with that energy and draw that experience into our lives.
You are a creator.
By practicing this every day,
The subtle internal shifts you make each time will become big shifts aligning you with what you desire.
But first,
Let's slow down the mind and ground it into the body.
So just settle into a position that is comfortable for you.
And just taking a deep breath in and hold it for a moment when you are full.
Breathe out when you're ready,
Holding for a moment when your lungs are completely empty.
And repeating that twice more in your own time.
And just draw your awareness now to the outline of your body.
The position of your head,
Your arms,
Your belly,
Your legs,
Your feet.
Which bits are touching the floor,
The surface beneath you?
And which bits are touching the air?
Slowly becoming aware of the inside.
What is going on inside your body right now?
And as you gently scan your awareness through your body,
Just see if you notice any areas of tension and just letting them melt away.
Sometimes this action of releasing tension can feel really uncomfortable.
You might feel resistant to releasing what you've held so tightly.
But as you release,
Feel that you are held by the earth.
And know that by softening and relaxing your muscles,
You open yourself to healing.
All the channels and pathways become unblocked so energy can move freely through you.
Releasing the shoulders,
The neck,
The back and the front.
Your skull and your brain.
Letting it go.
The skin around your eyes,
Soft and relaxed.
Your arms and your hands,
Surrendering to their natural position.
Feeling the rise and the fall of your chest.
Any tightness in your belly.
Just releasing it.
Down into your hips and the tops of your legs.
Melting the tension away.
Your whole legs and your feet.
And bring your attention to your heart area now.
The centre of your chest.
Feel the energy there.
What is going on?
You might want to place one or both of your hands there to really connect with it.
But if not,
That's fine too.
And if you can,
Direct your breath so that it is coming in and out of your heart.
If your hands are placed over your heart,
Feel the cool breath flowing in and out of your hands as it soothes and refreshes the heart area.
In and out.
Now,
Focus on the feeling of being valued.
What would it feel like to feel valued?
To feel like you and your gifts are deeply appreciated by others.
For this,
You may want to think back to a time when you felt valued in the past.
When other people held you in such high esteem.
Really noticed you and what you did.
How did that feel?
Or you may want to imagine what being valued would feel like.
Maybe visualising an event where you would feel valued and really feeling what that would feel like.
Feeling the energy in your heart centre growing,
Expanding.
Maybe you feel strong,
Grounded,
Capable.
Seeing the warmth in someone else's eyes when they look at you.
If you notice that you are forcing it in any way,
Just try and melt into the feeling.
And feel the subtle shifts within you as you focus on the feeling of being deeply valued.
And the more we feel certain energies,
The more they are drawn to us.
You are a magnet,
Drawing more of the feeling of being valued towards you.
Right now.
Some affirmations to help reach this feeling might be.
I make a profound difference in other people's lives.
My work is deeply valued and appreciated.
I know intuitively which of my skills the world needs today.
And now,
Shifting your focus onto the feeling of health.
Complete health.
If this feels like too much of a leap,
See if you can focus on what emotions you would feel with full health.
Really feeling the strength of the energy inside you.
Your heart centre relaxing and opening to full health.
As if it is already here.
Some affirmations might be.
I am full of life and energy.
My body and brain are completely healthy and strong.
Every cell of my being is open to receiving health and contentment.
If you become lost in thoughts,
Come back to the breath in your heart.
Centring.
The heart contains the strength of the universe because it is literally made from the universe.
Feeling what it would feel like to have full health.
Attracting more of that exact experience to you.
And finally,
Gently shift your attention to the feeling of love.
Maybe thinking of something or someone you love with your whole heart.
Or imagining what it would feel like to love with your whole heart.
To love yourself with your whole heart.
Letting that feeling lift you and warm you.
Expand you.
Bask in the full shine of your heart.
I love.
I am loved.
I am love.
And bring your awareness back to the breath in your heart now.
Maybe bringing one hand to the belly and feel the breath now in the belly.
Notice the surface beneath you.
The room full of your expansive energy.
The sounds vibrating the airwaves,
Vibrating your eardrum.
