First thing you want to do is stop labeling yourself as a people pleaser.
You have tendencies to people please because it's a survival mechanism that your ego uses in order to survive because of tribal energy,
Tribal belief systems,
Having to be part of or you won't survive.
It has to do with your childhood,
All of that.
Some of it is automatic.
You don't even realize that you're doing it.
It all comes down to you not feeling safe.
Being you,
Trusting you,
Being able to be your full authentic you,
Being safe to make mistakes.
Being safe not to be perfect in someone else's eyes because of all the criticisms you got as a child.
It could have been from parents.
It could have been from.
Siblings,
Teachers,
Relatives,
You know,
Relatives get thrown in there as well.
So what we're going to tap on is you feeling safe to be you,
That all along you were always okay to be you,
That you were always perfect,
Whole and complete to be you.
Now,
Going back a little bit there though,
When you were younger,
You didn't feel safe to be you.
And at times,
Maybe it wasn't safe to be you.
That you had to conform to a way of being in order to not be,
You know,
Tribal energy banished,
You know,
From your community kind of thing,
From your tribe,
In order not to be shamed,
In order to be you know,
Loved and accepted,
Which is why you did it.
You know,
You would conform to what they wanted in order to feel that you were worthy.
That you belonged somewhere,
That you were good enough.
And depending on you,
Because everyone takes all of this differently as a child,
You may have ate it all up.
The way they treated you,
The things that they said to you or was said to you,
Which is their stuff,
It wasn't even yours.
You may have eaten it all up.
I know I did as a child.
Like anything that they said to me or anyone said to me,
I ate it up like it was actually real,
That it wasn't their stuff.
Any shame,
Any of that.
To me,
It's like it came out of your mouth,
It was real.
It was an actual thing,
Right?
So that's what we're gonna tap on,
Is feeling safe to be you again.
Okay,
Because once upon a time,
Like I said,
It may have not felt safe and that's why you did it.
But now you're good.
You're good to be you.
And you're not a people pleaser.
All it was was a survival tactic.
For you.
It has nothing even to do with anybody else like being nice and all that kind of stuff has nothing to do with the other person.
It's all about you and you feeling safe within you.
So anyways.
Tapping on the side of the hand.
So even though.
There's a part of me.
That's been people-pleasing.
Unconsciously.
Out of fear.
Fear to belong.
Be accepted.
Be loved.
Know that I'm worthy.
And I'm gonna tap through this right now.
And love myself through this process.
And even though there's a part of me.
That hides me.
That hides my true self.
What if I'm not accepted?
What if I'm not good enough?
What if I'm shamed?
What if I get abandoned?
What if I get rejected?
All these fears from childhood coming up.
These subconscious automatic fears.
And I'm gonna tap to release these from my body now.
And even though there's a part of me.
For survival purposes.
Pleases others.
It worked for me as a child.
I needed to do this as a child.
In order to survive.
If not physically,
Even emotionally.
Both.
Perhaps.
I don't longer,
I no longer need this.
And no longer works for me.
I want to be me.
I want to live my own life.
Safe to be me.
Warts and all.
And I'm going to tap through this now.
Take a deep breath in.
And now It can be scary.
It was scary as a child.
To allow myself to be me.
To express myself.
It was scary to express myself as a child.
To allow myself to be me.
Bad things would happen.
Take a deep breath in.
Under the eyes.
I had the people pleased in order to survive.
And it worked for me back then.
But that fear has stayed with me.
And I no longer need it.
I'm now choosing to release that fear.
The fear that it's not safe to be me.
The fear that it's not safe to express myself.
To take the actions I want to take.
To live the way I want to live.
I released that fear.
It's the past.
It's not here.
I release the past from my body.
It's no longer here.
I choose to release.
The past.
The held in fears and traumas,
The wounds in my body.
I choose to let them go.
As they are no longer keeping me safe.
And I also choose to release it.
Generationally.
Across my entire bloodline.
And even other lifetimes.
I choose to banish this energy.
Surrendering it.
Letting it go.
Transmuting it to love.
I transmute it to love.
As it's nothing.
But a lack of love.
I'm safe to be me.
I'm safe to speak my truth.
I am safe to share my heart.
I am safe to share my pain.
I am safe to share the real me inside me.
I'm safe.
To take the actions that I want to take.
I am safe to say no.
I am safe to say yes when I want to.
I am safe to make mistakes.
I am safe.
If I upset someone.
Or they get upset because of an authentic action I take.
I am safe even if someone gets upset.
When I'm being my true self.
My authentic self.
I am safe regardless.
I am safe no matter what.
I am safe even if I upset someone.
I'm safe to be me.
I have no intention.
Of upsetting anybody.
But if it happens,
It happens.
I'm still safe.
I'm safe to be me.
I'm allowed to be me.
My authentic voice.
To share what's inside of me.
To take the actions I want to take.
I am safe to be me.
The authentic me.
That's not trying to fit in.
Fit it into a box.
That people tell me I should be in.
Live a life that I'm told to live.
I am safe to be me.
I am safe to do things differently.
I am safe to be authentic.
And so it is.
And take a deep breath in.
