One real fear to opening up your heart again is the shame you felt as a child when you did open up your heart and you were shamed in one way or another.
Because now you cannot be authentically you,
Because when you're in your heart,
When your heart is open,
And you're in your heart,
You can be you,
Exactly the way you are.
Perfectly and perfect.
Perfect,
Whole and complete exactly as you are right now.
But you build walls up around your heart.
Because of fearing feeling the shame.
Because that shame feeling.
On a scale on the consciousness scale from David Hawkins.
Is right at the bottom.
Shame is just above death.
It's where you feel this small,
Like nothing,
Like why am I even here?
Like you're pointless,
Useless,
You have no purpose.
Like that's how deep.
That shame goes.
Now it's dangerous when you stay there too long,
The key is not to,
But that's what it triggers.
That's what shame triggers is that type of emotion.
So as a child,
If you were shamed when you expressed yourself.
In a loving way in any way because opening your heart.
And being authentic from your heart.
Has nothing to do with just love.
Everyone thinks heart is just love.
Love as in the type of love humans you know,
Think about.
It's actually like.
Your own authenticity it's also your own light your heart within when you connect with it and you express from this place you're actually expressing from your authentic core from your truth within which is that universal type of love.
It's that type of truth.
Opposed to that relationship.
Type of love only that people speak about,
Okay?
When you heal that shame within you,
You feel safer to expand.
You feel safer to express,
To let down the walls around your heart to be you.
So going back as a child,
This is what happened.
These were the experiences you had.
You were shamed for just being you.
Being open and free and full of love and excitement and joy and possibilities,
You were shamed.
Maybe rejected,
Whatever it was,
You were abandoned,
Whatever word you want to call it,
Because,
I mean,
They all come down to similar things.
And then what happened is as you grew older,
Because you held that in,
You kept coming across situations that kept confirming,
Yes,
Yes,
Yes,
And creating the walls even more,
Creating the walls even more.
I do need these walls,
All of that.
I can't be myself because I'll be shamed,
Which when you start getting into the tribal mind,
That's like death,
Really.
Because you need to be part of the community.
So this is what we're going to tap on.
We're going to be tapping on the shame.
Releasing the shame of being you,
Being authentically you,
Opening up your heart,
Taking down the walls so you can express you authentically into the world.
Okay.
Tapping on the side of the hand.
Even though.
I have these walls around my heart.
They've been keeping me safe.
My ego has been using them to keep me safe.
There's a part of me that.
.
.
Is scared to fully express myself.
And I'm going to tap through this now.
Even though.
A part of me wants to just open up and be authentic.
Just explode and be me.
I don't want to be put in a box.
I don't want to do what people expect of me.
I want to feel safe to be me.
And I'm tapping through this now.
And even though there's a part of me.
That doesn't feel safe being me.
I hold back.
My ego is keeping me safe.
I understand this.
But I'm tired of it.
I want to feel safe just to be me.
Get out of this jail I've created for myself and my mind.
And I'm going to choose to love and accept myself with patience.
As I tap through this.
And take a deep breath in.
And out.
A part of me is scared to be me.
Just a part of me that's really scared to be me.
I could feel it in my body.
The emotion.
The tightness.
The resistance.
I understand now that it's keeping me safe.
That it thinks it's keeping me safe.
If I hide,
I'll be safe.
If I hide what's really inside of me,
I'll be safe.
That's how it feels.
Miss Tenth.
Feeling in my body.
Creating resistance.
To me really opening up.
This fear.
I'm tapping to release this now.
To letting it go.
It's the past.
The past isn't here anymore.
This is a new time.
I'm in a new place right now.
I'm safe to be me.
I'm safe to express myself authentically.
Not everybody's gonna like it.
People can say whatever they want.
And that's OK.
Maybe they'll have good insights.
Maybe they won't.
But I get to be me.
I'm safe to be me.
I release.
The habit of shaming myself.
Unconsciously.
For being me.
I release the fear.
Of feeling shame.
What if someone says something and I feel the shame?
I can trust myself that I can release that.
That I'll let that go.
Because it's not mine to hold.
I release the shame.
That I'm scared of.
I'm safe to be me.
I'm safe to be authentically me.
Emotions can't hurt me.
I may feel them.
And then I'll let them go.
It's just a reflection of the past.
That's all my emotions are.
I cannot be shamed.
Unless I allow it.
I choose whether or not I'm shamed.
No one else.
I choose to feel shame or not.
No one else.
People can try and shame me all they want.
Doesn't mean I'll feel it.
As long as I'm authentically me.
And I'm being true to myself.
To my heart.
To who I am.
This world is full of so much shame.
I choose not to play in it anymore.
I let it go.
If I do something or say something.
That is not aligned.
With my truth.
And I feel a moment of guilt.
I acknowledge it and let it go.
It's just a signal.
That I'm out of alignment.
Of my own values.
That's all it is.
It doesn't define who I am.
I'm safe to be me.
Mistakes and all.
Take a deep breath in.
In and out.
I'm safe to be me.
I'm allowed to be me.
And I'm safe to be me.
I am safe to open up my heart.
And be me.
I am safe.
To open my heart.
And be me.
Allow people to see the real me.
Allow people to see what's in my heart.
I am safe to express my heart.
I am safe.
To live in my heart.
And express it.
And share it.
Authentically me.
I am safe.
Even if people don't like it,
It's OK.
They don't have to.
I'm still safe to be me.
To open my heart.
And be me.
I am safe.
To open my heart.
Let go of the walls.
And be authentically me.
To express from my truth.
People don't have to like it.
But I'm safe to do it.
And I don't accept any more shaming.
Into my body.
From others.
I am safe.
To be authentically me.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And now.
