Your emotions are the gateway to your growth.
But what's crazy is that we've been shamed.
Of feeling.
We've been shamed for emotions that we had from childhood.
And we've also demonized certain emotions.
We've belittled certain emotions as bad.
There's nothing bad with being angry.
There's nothing bad about being sad.
There's nothing bad of feeling anything at all.
They're all the same.
Emotions are emotions.
And when you reject one part or one side of emotions,
Then you're also rejecting the other side as well.
So if you're going to reject sadness,
You're going to end up rejecting happiness because you're going to fake the happiness.
You're not actually within the happiness.
Because so everything is.
Two sides of the same coin.
Or think about it as a thermometer,
Okay?
So there are the uplifting,
Exciting emotions,
And then there are the negative,
Or negative that we call them,
Bad emotions,
More dense,
They don't feel as pleasant,
It's not like,
Oh,
Yay,
I'm sad.
Actually,
Once I was actually happy that I was sad.
That's another story.
But it's all like,
Yay,
I'm angry.
Although anger takes you a step above.
Apathy and shame and gets you into action.
The key is not to stay in anger as you process everything,
You continue and then you go up the ladder of consciousness.
Okay,
David Hawkins,
You can read his,
It's brilliant,
Especially the book,
Letting Go,
Pathway to Surrender.
Yeah.
So.
.
.
Your emotions are the gateway to your growth.
Whatever growth you're looking at,
Whether it be spiritual,
Personal growth,
Growth in your business,
Growth in relationships,
The way you interact with the world,
All of it,
They are your gateway.
But you've been shamed in using the tool that is here to help you in the growing.
So there's.
You know,
Why you feel like,
How often do you hear this as a kid?
Like,
Why are you feeling like this?
You don't need to feel like this.
Why you this?
Why,
Like,
There's always this,
Like,
The why.
Diminishing,
Shaming,
Or little boys don't cry.
Imagine being a little boy.
And of course,
When you keep someone in fear and not able to process their emotions,
Because then it eventually leads to fear because of everything that's growing in the subconscious,
It's easier to control people.
You are easily controlled.
And you can look at that on any level of society.
I mean,
Parents were taught through conditioning,
Generation to generation,
To shame their children in order to control them.
It's all a form of control.
And when you stay in those controlled patterns,
You actually end up being or living in autopilot.
You do not consciously create your life.
In order to consciously create your life,
You need to connect with your emotions.
Down deep,
And they're not all gonna come all out at once,
Because they need to be released.
In layers.
Otherwise,
Everything that you felt as a child coming up all in one shot,
You'd go insane.
It becomes way too much.
So step number one is allowing your emotions.
Being with your emotions,
Not shaming yourself.
For having them or rationalizing them.
So for example,
There was someone I was upset with,
I was angry,
Straight up angry.
But I wasn't allowing myself to feel it and acknowledge it.
Because I understood the logic of what that person was going through.
But because I kept thinking of that,
And then there was this,
Like this stuck energy within me,
This unsettled feeling.
And then once it dawned on me and I'm like,
I'm angry.
And it wasn't about,
I didn't dump the anger on this person or anything like that.
But once I allowed myself to feel the feeling of the anger,
Acknowledging that I'm angry at what this person did,
How they spoke,
All of that.
I feel calmer.
The energy release.
.
.
All was good to go.
And the rational part of understanding why this person is going through what they're going through and why they said what they said,
Whatever,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Was still there.
And then I was actually able to express this to that person as to,
You know,
What happened with me.
But that's the key is I had to acknowledge it because inside there's just this like yuck feeling.
And I was like doing energy clearing and I'm like,
Okay,
Well that's not it because that's not there.
Yeah,
That's what ended up happening.
So it's acknowledging at first in order to release it without shaming yourself.
For having those feelings is always step number one.
Acknowledging and shaming or not shaming and then it's not attaching to them.
Just because you're sad,
Just because you're angry,
Just because you're anything,
It doesn't mean you're gonna stay there forever.
It doesn't mean anything bad about you.
It doesn't label you.
And it's not gonna be there forever.
It will process,
It will pass.
It's not a forever attached sentence to you.
Okay.
It will move through you.
You don't need to let it take you over.
So just because you feel sad doesn't mean you're sadness.
Just because you're feeling anger,
You're feeling anger within your body doesn't make you angry.
I am angry.
Do not label yourself with these emotions.
It's what you're feeling and that's coming up for you at this time.
And without shame again,
Shame is a huge one.
Not shaming yourself for having that feeling and allow it to release.
As you start to release these things.
They don't hold you down as much.
You start to lighten your physical body.
You start to lighten your energetic body.
Your mind starts to lighten everything.
You start to feel lighter and lighter and lighter.
Your habits naturally start to change.
You naturally start implementing healthier habits and it's not a struggle.
It's actually,
It becomes easy.
It's not hard to make those changes.
You're no longer forcing yourself to make certain changes.
It's actually a lot easier.
You may feel like I don't know,
Like one or two out of 10 on the intensity of,
You know,
Taking that action.
But it's not like an eight out of 10 of intensity that like resistance into taking certain actions,
Whether it be what you're eating,
What you're drinking,
What you're consuming in any way in life,
Including you know,
Social media,
The TV,
Whatever it is.
It can be better habits with your physical body,
Whatever it is.
Those start to get better as well as you release these emotions and this dense energy that you've held within you.
And when you've made a mistake,
You feel that you've actually made.
You actually acknowledge it,
You process it,
Learn.
And let it go.
You don't tie your self-worth to the mistake you've made.
You just cracked it.
It's very simple.
If it's something you really cannot correct,
Maybe that particular situation moving forward,
Even though don't be surprised how much you can correct on this side,
But knowing moving forward,
This is what I'm going to create.
This is what,
How I'm going to move forward.
So yeah.
Stop shaming.
Your emotions are gold.
They are the key.
To your growth.
On every level.
And when there's people that say,
Oh no,
You know,
Just feel the fear and do it anyways.
That only works if the fear is like a one out of 10.
Maybe a two out of 10.
If that fear is really intense,
You may do it that one time.
But there's a chance you're not gonna do it a second time.
Or you may finally get it going on that second time,
But you're not gonna do it that third time.
It's not gonna become a natural way of you being.
Where you feel fully confident in all of it until you do the work with the emotions that are arising in order to release what's in the subconscious.
It will not stick.
Fake it till you make it,
Only goes so long.
Okay,
Only goes so far.
And if you're constantly putting an act,
You're a good actress or an actor and it's a great act and all this,
You're still not settled inside.
It's still gonna sit within you,
Okay?
So,
Anyways.
