That anger that you're holding onto,
That resentment,
Needs to be expressed.
It needs to be released.
We are so shamed to feel angry.
Okay?
And it's not about staying there.
It's not about feeling the anger and staying there.
And that's one of the reasons why so many times people are scared to really feel their anger,
Acknowledge their anger,
Because they feel like they're going to get stuck there,
That you're going to stay in that emotion,
And also the shame that comes with feeling angry.
But anger needs to be released just like any other emotion,
Or it's gonna fester underneath,
Okay?
So there's a situation that's occurred,
And your mind is thinking of all the logic as to why you should not be angry,
And it's valid.
But if you don't allow yourself to feel the anger that's still underneath the surface,
It's just gonna fester and it could end up being physical ailments that you end up with.
And it could be things like it shows up even as frustration.
So you're living in your day-to-day life,
Doing things,
And you're getting frustrated about this,
Frustrated about that.
Everything's just frustrating you.
Because you're holding on to an anger that has nothing to do with all those little things that you're encountering in life.
It has something,
It's something deeper,
Right?
That thing that you won't allow yourself to admit.
That anger,
That.
You don't even want to admit to yourself that you have because you've sat there and just gave that up.
You know,
Rational explanation.
To the situation instead of admitting,
I'm good.
Now,
It doesn't mean act upon it.
It doesn't mean revenge.
It doesn't mean any of that stuff.
It's honoring you,
Okay?
Honoring how you feel,
What's going on inside of you,
And releasing that.
Because as a child,
Whenever you felt these emotions,
You weren't allowed,
Right?
The only emotions that were allowed as a child were pleasant ones.
You couldn't be angry.
You couldn't be frustrated.
Why are you being frustrated for?
There's no need to be frustrated.
So those emotions would get suppressed.
So if someone,
Let's say,
Did something to you,
Valid or not,
Whatever it is,
It doesn't matter because you're focusing on you,
You feel that anger,
It's admitting it to yourself and letting yourself Process it,
Okay?
Because all that shame from childhood.
.
.
Towards that particular emotion has caused more.
.
.
Like the suppression of it,
Right?
The keeping it underneath.
So you're allowed,
Okay?
In fact,
You need to feel that anger because you need to process it in order for it to release.
Like I said,
You don't act out in revenge or anything like that.
It's not about that at all.
So it's finding the ways that work for you.
So more recently.
There was an anger that I was suppressing.
And this is like childhood stuff,
Like deep.
It was a big one.
And I honestly,
I just,
All with my mom.
I actually,
And I expressed it to her.
I'm like,
Oh my God,
I'm releasing my anger.
She got exactly what was going on.
And because normally with this situation,
I wouldn't normally talk about it.
I barely wanted to talk about it.
I just whatever it is,
What it is,
Move on with life like that.
I was in that space.
And although yes,
I still hadn't released how I really felt down deep inside.
I kept giving reasons for.
So I finally just.
I was like this for a few days where I was just expressing it,
Expressing it,
Expressing it,
Letting it all out.
And then.
.
.
I talked to one of my mentors and talked to him and learned even more about things and I just started releasing more and more and then I felt so much better.
Like he just- I learned more about forgiveness and that it's BS because I didn't have to forgive.
I just had to take care of me because forgiveness is pardoning a behavior.
It's not about letting go.
Letting go is the stuff you do for you.
We can't change the meaning of words because there's a reason why they.
.
.
They exist,
And they already have a frequency to them.
Now,
If you teach a 10-year-old what forgiveness is,
Maybe that's different.
But you can't teach a whole generation who already knows what forgiveness is a whole different meaning because the energy still sticks.
Okay,
You're not going to change it on them.
That's a whole other video on forgiveness that I actually created.
So I allow myself.
And it was like.
I was feeling better and I could breathe more.
And I was like,
Oh,
And then it helped me get to.
While's really upset.
The sadness.
What had me actually so angry?
At these people.
It helped me then get to the root.
The sadness that was underneath it.
Which I didn't know because I wasn't allowing myself to process the emotions and going through them.
And then there was another situation.
It was such a small situation.
And the way someone was treating me verbally.
That evening,
Like I was holding on to this energy and I'm like,
What's this energy?
So I'm like trying to clear my energy,
Trying to like all that kind of stuff.
And I'm like,
Why?
I don't know.
This thing is still here.
Like,
What is this thing?
And then I admitted to myself,
Like,
Oh.
You know what,
I pissed off that she said that because I understood why they were in the space that they were in.
Like it was,
I understood.
But I kept I was staying in that space rather than admitting that I didn't like it,
You know,
That I was like pissed off,
Like,
Don't talk to me like that.
And once I admitted to myself,
I was angry about that.
It was gone.
It just,
It released,
All was good.
And I was still in like my logical mindset.
Like I understand the space that person was in,
What they were going through,
Right?
And that I told them like exactly,
Even the process that I went through in order to,
You know,
All of this.
So do you get what I'm saying where you have to feel your anger?
And it's not about lashing out,
Like even in both those situations,
I wasn't lashing out at anybody.
I was processing it.
Also,
Don't get stuck in the anger.
This is the other key piece.
Because.
I knew this one person that was angry all the time and they would release it,
Right?
Which is honestly,
I think why they were still alive because the things that they did to their body.
I'm boggled.
Oh,
They're still alive,
Okay.
And I believe the only thing that helped him was this,
At least he was releasing it,
Right?
That was the good part.
He was releasing it.
But he kept getting stuck in there.
He could not let it go even further.
Okay.
He had to do through his own healing,
His own whatever,
Right?
But it's not about that because that will eat you up alive as well,
Okay?
It will eat you up alive.
It's not.
About holding on to it.
It's not about holding on to it like as if it's a prize.
Do you know what I mean?
Some people hold on to their anger as if it's a prize.
It's something to be won.
It's,
You know,
You're righteously angry and you have every right and you're holding on to it so tight.
You don't have to like what that other person did.
You do not have to justify what that other person did.
That's on them.
That's their life.
Not yours.
All you do is you let go.
And what I learned is a lot of times to release that anger,
Is releasing the fact that there is no injustice,
Okay?
Everything in this world happens for a reason.
There is a flow.
Nothing is by accident.
Nothing.
Just look at this world,
Look at the planet.
Look how everything just naturally has its place and flows.
And everything is always rotating.
Nothing stays the same.
There's a rhyme,
A reason,
Everything.
It just hurts.
The same with us.
Okay,
We might be different than a tree on some level,
And we are the same.
Okay,
There's a reason for all of it.
So that injustice,
When you realize there was no injustice,
Because I know with me,
A lot of times I get I'm this thing with like being fair,
Like,
Oh,
That that's not fair.
That's not fair to others.
That's not.
That's like when people say,
Oh,
You know,
Life's not fair.
Life isn't,
I guess,
Always fair.
At the same time.
.
.
I guess it is fair because everything's happening for a reason.
There is no injustice,
Right?
So when you let go of that,
That also was freeing,
Like when I discovered that,
When I learned that from my mentor,
I was just like,
Wow.
This is really free.
Like this was so,
That stuff from childhood.
I was a throat childhood,
Actually,
Even into my 40s.
Um.
.
.
I was meant to experience.
And I started to partly see why.
And we may not understand it,
Standing here and now,
But our soul came here for a reason.
There was a reason for it.
It wasn't by accident.
We are meant to be here.
You are meant to be here right now.
There's a reason for your existence right now.
There's nothing is by accident.
What you've experienced,
There's a reason for it.
And you can still feel that anger.
You're allowed to feel that anger.
You're allowed to release that anger.
Okay,
Again.
You don't want to,
You know.
No revenge.
Nothing like that.
Don't do anything physical.
And that's the other thing is.
If you acknowledge your anger and you allow yourself to release your anger,
Express it,
Maybe get on a treadmill,
Maybe do something to like,
You know,
That ramped up energy.
But as long as you admit it to yourself.
And get that you are angry and you're allowed to be angry and release it.
And then let it go and getting that there's no injustice.
I just lost my point.
Oh my God,
I was going somewhere with this and I just got in my head.
I was thinking about situations in my head as I was talking about this.
And then I just got lost.
Hold on,
I'm going to have to pause this for a second so I can come back.
Oh yeah,
That's it.
So if you do not allow yourself to do that,
It is gonna show up another way.
That frustration,
That anger that you're holding in,
You're gonna end up lashing out on other people.
You're going to end up maybe getting physical,
I don't know,
Right?
You are going to do things that when people talk about being angry and not doing those things and getting over it,
You're going to end up doing those things that have an external effect on life.
But if you allow yourself to just feel your anger and process it,
There is no negative external effect.
Okay,
But if you hold it in so tightly,
There is gonna be an external effect because everything else is gonna frustrate you that's going on that has nothing to do with the original reason,
Right?
Like what I talked about before.
So you want to process.
Acknowledge it.
What are you angry about?
You know,
We always are told to all write down everything that you love,
Everything that you're grateful for,
Everything that you're happy about.
You know what?
What are you angry about?
Write down.
What are you angry about?
What are your feels not fair?
Write it all down.
Put it all down,
Write it on a piece of paper.
I'm angry about this,
I'm angry about that,
And it's okay.
I'm allowed to be angry about this.
I'm allowed to be angry about that.
Write it all down.
And then again,
Remember.
None of this was by accident.
None of what happened is by accident.
And that's it.
And you can burn that piece of paper.
Actually.
New moons,
Full moons,
If you want to go in that direction are a great time to actually rip that up and burn it.
Everyone's a little different.
I hear different things.
I go with what am I feeling at this time?
A lot of times people say it's actually the full moon that you do it at because then you're leading to the new moon.
Which is about release.
And in my board here,
Actually,
Full moon,
Meditate.
After that,
You start to cleanse.
So yeah,
For two weeks after the.
.
.
The full moon.
Three days after you're still meditating,
After that for two weeks until the new moon,
You're actually cleansing.
You're letting go,
You're releasing.
So it's a great time to just.
I have to look at my board because.
You're cleansing.
So yeah,
Going into a little of that.
You know,
I was going to say woo-woo stuff,
But it's not woo-woo.
It's what we're living in.
It's this world.
It's this realm that we are living in.
And we've been taken so far away from nature.
And what we're here,
We are here,
That we're living in this world that we're living in.
We've been so taken away from it,
From what's natural,
And it's called woo-woo,
Okay?
It's called,
You know,
I don't know,
All kinds of stuff.
Even under the name of spirituality,
A lot of things that are called spiritual are actually not even true.
That's a whole lot of baloney there too,
A lot of distractions.
Anyways,
That's a whole other direction.
Feel your anger.
What else can I share with you?
I give you permission.
To feel your anger.
I do not give you permission to act it out on other people.
Now it's different expressing it to someone,
Right?
But not like.
Taking your anger and throwing it.
Cause yeah,
Like I said,
That's what you're going to do.
That anger inside of you,
That energy ball inside of you,
You're going to try and throw it out to other people because you're not processing it properly.
Okay.
If you don't let yourself feel that anger inside of you,
That energy ball of anger,
If you don't take responsibility for it for yourself to process it and you keep burying it inside of you.
You're gonna try and put it onto other people.
Okay,
You're gonna throw it on to other people.
It's so important.
Okay?
There's nothing wrong with anger.
Love your anger.
Embrace your anger.
Trust your anger to be released,
To be let go of.
It's an emotion,
No different than happiness.
Okay?
And we're here to feel it all,
Not just one.
We're here to feel and dance.
Through all of it.
And I'm not talking about going into huge extremes,
But there are moments where we are,
Because even extreme happiness,
That excitement.
That's no different than really being completely depressed.
It's still the same thing.
It's just the opposite side of the same coin.
What we want to come to for the most part is neutrality.
Right.
It's the neutrality.
It's the balance.
And then everything else is an up and down.
It's all part of the same coin.
It's coming into this.
And the more you release even the angers and this and that,
And even when you go,
Like when I'm really,
Really excited,
Really high up and all that,
I know that's fleeting because we're not supposed to stay there.
Just like we're not supposed to stay in anger,
Right?
They're all fleeting.
And it's about coming into the peace,
The balance.
In between.
