Hello dear friend,

I am extremely happy to see you here,

Working with the energy.

Today we will dedicate our attention to clearing your emotional state and cleansing your energetic body.

Begin by taking a few moments to connect with your inner self.

Find a comfortable position,

Close your eyes and start to focus on your breath.

Inhale deeply with your belly,

Allowing your lungs to fill completely and then exhale fully,

Releasing any tension or distractions.

With each breath,

Feel yourself arriving more fully in the present moment.

Now we will use a simple breathing technique that helps to manage stress,

Improve focus and promote relaxation.

It's called counted breathing.

Inhale,

Then silently count one as you exhale.

Inhale again,

Then count two on the exhale.

Continue this pattern up to ten and then start over.

I will come back to you in a short while.

Now let's set a clear intention for our practice today.

Take a moment to consider what you'd like to achieve or experience related to your emotions and energy during this session.

Your intention can be something like I release all emotional tension,

Allowing my energy to flow freely.

I seek clarity and emotional renewal.

I embrace positivity and let go of negativity.

Feel free to choose one of these intentions or create your own.

Trust your inner wisdom to guide you towards the intention that resonates most with your current needs and desires.

When you're ready,

Hold your intention in your heart as we embark on this journey of emotional release and energy clarity.

With your intention firmly in place,

See yourself meditating at this moment.

Notice the clothes you're wearing,

The position of your body,

The curve of your back.

And when your consciousness leaves your body,

Allow your imagination to transport you to the heart of the universe.

Envision the immense darkness enveloping your presence,

Cocooning you in a nurturing embrace.

Within this boundless expanse,

A profound sense of security and tranquility washes over you like a gentle,

Soothing wave.

Here in this infinite cosmic heaven,

You find yourself perfectly at home,

Free from judgment or expectation,

Ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and renewal.

As you dwell within the boundless cosmos,

Shift your awareness to your physical form.

Your body exists as a harmonious blend of energies and sensations.

Begin by focusing on your body as a whole,

Sensing its presence in the expansive universe.

As you explore further,

Transition your attention to smaller components,

Your limbs,

Torso,

Head,

And neck.

Enjoy this journey inward,

Penetrating deeper into the very building blocks of your existence.

Picture your body at the cellular level.

Envision all the cells of your fantastic body.

All the molecules and atoms that make up your cells.

Visualize these atoms,

The fundamental building blocks of matter,

With electrons orbiting nuclei.

Finally,

Explore even further into the realm of pure energy.

Envision yourself as a symphony of vibrating energy particles intricately connected to the universe.

Sense this energy flowing smoothly and harmoniously within you.

It is as though you've tapped into a limitless reservoir of vitality.

Take a moment to connect with your emotions.

What emotions are most present within you at this moment?

Allow them to surface without judgment or analysis and simply observe their presence.

Name one to three emotions that dominate at this moment.

Describe how they feel right now.

Imagine all these emotions as a gentle flowing river within you.

Visualize it moving gracefully and steadily throughout your being,

Helping to release any stagnant emotional energy.

This flow mirrors the natural ebb and flow of emotions,

Allowing them to come and go freely.

Don't get attached to any of your emotions.

Don't create any stories around them.

Don't go into the detail.

Simply allow them to be as they are and observe how anything changes within you.

Shift your focus to the quantum energy inside your body.

Envision it as a radiant light of your favorite color that emanates from your core.

Notice any parts of your energy that are darkened or tensed with any emotional blockages.

Identify these parts and see and feel how different they are from your pure radiant quantum energy.

Visualize the healing light of the universe penetrating your energetic and emotional body,

Dissolving these emotional barriers.

As you do so,

You experience a profound sense of relief and liberation,

As if a weight has been lifted from your shoulders.

See how your energy shifts from one part of the body to another.

How much lighter and freer you become.

Now,

Fill these cleansed parts with love,

Joy,

Tranquility or any emotion that resonates with you.

With your inner sight,

Observe your energetic body.

Notice what emotions remain and where they are located within you.

Observe how these emotions may have changed during the practice,

Perhaps becoming lighter and more harmonious.

Pay close attention to how you feel at this moment.

Tune into the physical sensations that accompany this emotional release and newfound clarity.

Notice any areas of your body where you feel more relaxed and rejuvenated.

Feel gratitude for this transformation.

Allow this sense of gratitude to wash over you,

Filling your entire being.

Express gratitude not only for the process itself,

But also for your willingness to embark on this journey of emotional cleansing and renewal.

Now,

As we slowly return to the present moment,

Begin to gently become aware of your surroundings.

The sounds around you.

The smells.

Feel the surface beneath.

And notice the sensation of your breath,

Which continues to flow naturally.

When it feels right for you,

Open your eyes and come back to the sensation of lightness and clarity during your day.
