Namaste everyone,

A very warm welcome to all of you in this daily live meditation session with me,

Dhyansa.

We're meditating on 112 meditation techniques of Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.

It happened once,

A spiritual master was staying in a village quietly,

But some of the villagers they found out that he was one of the wisest men of the century and he was there staying in their village.

So they approached him and they convinced him to give a talk on the coming Sunday morning.

He agreed to give a talk and that next Sunday morning,

All the villagers gathered,

He was invited to speak to give a talk.

He went onto the stage,

Looked at the audience,

All the villagers were gathered over there and he said,

Do you know what I'm going to talk about?

All the audience said,

No,

We don't know.

He said,

So ignorant people,

You do not know what I'm going to talk about?

I don't want to talk to any of those who do not know,

Who are so ignorant,

So unknowing about things.

And he left the stage.

Everyone was in a shock.

What was this spiritual master doing?

What went wrong?

All the audience were in shock and the spiritual master had left.

Few days later,

Some of those people,

Some of those villagers thought they had done something wrong.

So they went up to him once again,

They convinced him to speak once again on the following Sunday morning.

He agreed to it.

Once again,

The village gathered,

There was a huge assembly.

He went onto the stage on that Sunday morning and he said,

Do you know what I'm going to talk about?

And everyone said,

Yes,

We are going to know,

We know what you're going to talk about.

Listening to that,

He said,

When you already know what I'm going to talk about,

There is no point in me talking anymore.

And he left the stage once again,

Leaving the entire audience in shock.

They had gathered on that Sunday morning just to listen to this spiritual master.

And he had left the stage in the first three minutes.

Once again,

Some of those villagers who still wanted to have the wisdom which this spiritual master carried,

They went up to him,

Apologized.

They said,

We must have done something wrong,

Why don't you give us one more chance?

Come once again on the following Sunday morning to give us a talk to enlighten us with your wisdom.

He agreed.

Once again,

The whole village gathered.

On that Sunday morning,

Everyone was there.

He went onto the stage.

He asked the same question.

He said,

Do you know what I'm going to talk about?

Half of the audience said yes.

Half of the audience said no.

He said,

Those who know can tell those who don't know.

And he left the stage without saying anything anymore.

I ask you,

Do you know what I'm going to talk about?

I'm not going to be as hard as this spiritual master who left the stage.

But this makes us contemplate.

This makes us think,

What could have been the right answer?

What could have been the stance,

The answer?

The yes was not the right answer.

The no was not the right answer.

The half yes,

The half no was not the right answer.

If I ask you,

Do you know what I'm going to talk about?

What is your answer?

Is it a yes?

Is it a no?

Or is it a yes and a no both?

What is your answer?

What is the right answer to listen,

To be in a discourse,

To be in the receptivity of what is being important?

The answer is to be in silence.

Without a yes,

Without a no,

Without a mix of any kind of reaction,

Any kind of response,

You see that you have this constant inner conversation that is going on in yourself.

Just observe yourself.

Just take a moment to observe your inner world,

To observe your mind.

And you will see such an inner conversation constantly going on with yeses and nos and a mix of yes and nos in life that you never are really open to receive.

You are never silent to receive.

How can you receive any kind of wisdom from anywhere if you are constantly,

Simply busy with your own inner conversation of the yeses and the nos and the whole spectrum of it?

To be in meditation is to be in that silence,

To listen to the whole of existence,

To listen to oneself,

To listen to be in the receptivity.

In that receptivity,

There is wisdom.

In that receptivity is the path to truth.

In that receptivity is the path to living who we really are.

But we are constantly busy in this inner conversation,

This inner chatter.

If you see,

If you observe this inner chatter,

You will see that this inner chatter is not even your own.

This inner conversation which is constantly blocking you,

Which is constantly not allowing anything penetrating from the outside towards you.

Even while you are listening to me,

You are not listening to me,

You are listening to the analyzed version in your own conversations.

You are still listening to your own mind.

You are not listening to me.

You are listening to your own inner chatter which somehow takes something from the outside,

Converts in its own inner conversation,

In your own version,

In your own analysis.

And you are constantly in that loop,

In that feed of your own mind which is not even your own conversation,

Which is borrowed by your own culture,

By your own bringing up,

By the experiences that have gone throughout your life which is not even born in this moment out of your own wisdom.

So to grow on this spiritual path,

To have wisdom in life,

It is important,

It is essential to have inner silence.

Only in that silence,

Only in that silent awareness there is a possibility to grow into wisdom in life which allows you to lead a life of who you really are,

Lead a life of inner peace,

Of love,

Of truth,

Of connection.

How to reach to this silence?

So many ways to reach to this silence,

To put this mind at rest,

To put this whole inner space in a state of absolute silence where you are completely in reception of the whole existence.

Many ways the way we are going to explore today is the way of the expansion,

Because Tantra is about expansion of consciousness and liberation of your energies.

In that expansion of your consciousness,

In the dissolution of yourself,

In that expansion of your energies,

A silence arises,

An eternal silence,

An absolute silence arises in you which you can very much taste,

Which you can very much validate first hand,

Which is not just some kind of concept,

Some kind of philosophy,

Some kind of journey.

If you see people have found shortcuts all throughout the history of humanity through psychedelics,

There is also an expansion possible and you can see this as a growing trend in the West today where we are experimenting with expanding the consciousness with psychedelics.

And yes,

There is a possibility to immediately expand the consciousness with the psychedelic,

But the psychedelic expansion of consciousness is different from the meditative expansion of consciousness.

And it is important to understand the differentiation because this shortcut is very appealing of this psychedelic expansion.

When you are on this psychedelic expansion,

You are taken out of this notion,

Out of the ideas of who you think you are,

But you are not.

But it never leads to somewhere where you know who you really are.

It never leads to that space of wisdom where your awareness can expand and can come upon what is the truth of life,

What is the wisdom of life,

So that when you are back from that trip,

You are someone who is rooted in yourself.

When you are back from a psychedelic trip,

You are back into this world,

Once again where you left off,

Maybe all your notions about who you are and how you thought the world was have broken down,

But who you are,

You still don't know.

But when you are in this meditative expansion,

When you expand in this silence,

In this silence a wisdom dawns upon you.

That wisdom is your own wisdom.

That wisdom is the wisdom of consciousness,

Not of individual consciousness,

Of the consciousness.

And when you are in contact with that consciousness,

When you are in the realization of that consciousness,

That you are that consciousness,

Out of that,

To live in this ground state,

To live in this world,

You live in truth,

You live in silence,

In love,

In expansion,

In awareness.

Therefore through tantra we find ways to expand our consciousness and today's technique is about expansion.

Let us listen to what Bhairava has to say in Vigyan Bhairava Tantra and go into this technique,

Practice this technique in the next minutes.

Bhairava says,

O Bhairavi,

Let all minds knowing breath forms be included in expansion.

Very short technique,

Let me repeat,

Let all minds knowing breath forms be included in expansion.

So the technique here is to dissolve the self,

To dissolve the center.

This pseudo center that we call as our selves,

Until this is dissolved,

Until you move from this pseudo self to a state of no self,

You never come upon what is your true self.

So the journey is from the pseudo self to the no self,

In the expansion of consciousness,

The no self,

And from the no self to the true self,

To your true being.

So we are going to take this journey from the pseudo self to the no self in the expansion and in this expansion,

Here Bhairava says,

Let all minds knowing breath forms be included.

Not just your own mind,

As you expand,

You will be all inclusive of everyone in this world,

All minds in this world.

You will expand your awareness as if all minds of this world,

All the people,

They are all included in your consciousness.

All the minds,

All the knowing,

All the breath,

All the forms,

No separation between any kind of knowledge,

No separation between your breath,

Your body,

Your mind,

No inner separation,

No outer separation between your form and the forms outside.

So in this expansion,

You will first of all start with your self,

Your body,

Your mind,

And be in a state where there is no separation between your body,

Your breath,

Your mind,

Everything that you call as yourself.

And let that expand.

And as you let that expand,

You will include everything that is there in your consciousness.

The entire world,

The entire universe,

The entire eternity.

And let your consciousness expand in all directions without any exception,

Including everything that comes in its way.

Let us practice this and move into silence through expansion,

Through dissolution of the pseudo-self,

Reaching to no-self,

And in that silence,

Let the truth dawn upon ourselves to know who we really are.

Please close your eyes and take a moment to be in meditation,

To be in silence for the next minutes.

Taking a sitting posture with your eyes closed,

Head,

Neck,

And back aligned.

Alert,

Yet relaxed.

Tapping,

Pump,

Breath,

And Bat Soon.

Allowing the breath to flow naturally.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

And in that awareness,

Allow all separation to dissolve.

In that awareness,

Your body,

Your mind,

Your breath,

Your energies,

All as one awareness.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Not focusing on anything in particular.

Your body,

Mind,

Breath,

Your form,

Energies,

All as one awareness.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

And as this awareness settles,

Allowing the boundaries of yourself to dissolve.

And the awareness to expand in all directions.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Whatever arises in your awareness,

Include it in this expansion.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Include all in your awareness without exception.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Don't try to change anything.

Simply remain in this silence,

In this awareness,

In this expansion with no self.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Let your awareness turn inwards.

Maintaining this state of silence,

Awareness,

An expansion,

Very gently and slowly,

You may open your eyes.

As you proceed in your life,

Taking this state of silence to whatever you do,

To every aspect of your life,

And letting the wisdom of life unfold in this silence of every aspect of life on its own.

When you are silent,

When you are aware,

The wisdom dawns upon you,

The truth dawns upon you.

On this spiritual journey,

If you wish to flow along in my guidance,

Together with other meditators,

You are more than welcome to join our sannyasa family.

To apply,

And what can you give back to the sannyasa family.

If you wish to give back to these sessions,

If you wish to give back to this art of meditation,

This rare art which is otherwise going to be extinct in all these things that we are going through in the world,

This art,

If you want to support,

To keep this art alive,

Please help to do two things.

One,

Help by donating,

And secondly,

Help by sharing the message of this meditative silence,

Sharing the message of tantra with your friends,

With your family,

With whomsoever you wish to share this message with.

Two things,

By donating and by sharing what this silence brings to you,

This message of meditative silence.

Thank you very much once again.

Namaste.

Thank you for this practice in which again I attempt to quiet my ever busy mind from darting about like a rabbit in the spotlight taking up any thought it can find to avoid the stillness. This seems to be a life long endeavour......
