Health, holiness, healing, harmony are all the same vibration. You don't have to chase them, they are a given. But things happen in life when you fall off this vibration. To restore, you need both love and truth.

Namaste sannyasa family and everyone.

A very warm welcome to all of you in this daily live meditation session with me,

Dhyansay.

We're meditating on 112 meditation techniques of Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.

Health,

Holiness,

Healing,

Harmony.

All these different words to say one and the same thing.

To refer to that one dimension of your life.

To that one vibration of your life.

That is given to you this health,

Holiness,

Harmony,

Healing.

This is something that is given to us.

That is inbuilt into life.

The moment we are given life,

This health,

This holiness,

This harmony,

This ability to heal.

All these are one and the same dimension,

One and the same vibration that comes along with life.

But while going through different events of life,

We fall off this vibration.

We fall off this dimension during different events in life and then the whole life becomes a struggle.

Then the whole life becomes a struggle to somehow get back to the health,

To somehow get back to the harmony,

To somehow get back to that healing,

To that holiness in life.

And we start believing that one has to do something to be healthy,

One has to do something to be holy,

One has to do something to be in harmony or to heal oneself.

See,

That this vibration,

This dimension of your life is a given to you and the only thing that happens is that you fall off it.

So you don't have to do anything to be healthy but you have to do something to restore this dimension of health.

And you have seen this enough examples around you in your surroundings in the people that you see.

Some they are healthy no matter they are doing whatever in life and still there is a sense of joy,

There is a sense of health,

Harmony always there in those people's life.

And there are people trying very hard to be healthy,

Trying very hard to be harmonious,

Trying very hard to be holy but somehow they always fall off.

Somehow it remains a struggle to be healthy all throughout their life.

How to restore this vibration of health,

How to restore this vibration of harmony,

Of healing,

Of holiness in life.

If for some reason,

If for whatever events happening in your life you recognize that you have fallen off this dimension in your life which belongs to you,

To your default nature,

Then you need two other vibrations to help you to restore this vibration in life.

The first vibration is of love.

This love is also so much missing in our life and the moment this love starts coming in,

This real love starts coming into our life,

We start to see everything again restores back into harmony,

Into health,

Into holiness,

Into healing.

So this love is so much important,

So much valuable in this process of healing through what you are going through in life and in this attempt of restoring health.

Loving yourself and receiving love,

Giving love,

Unconditional love to everyone.

For this dimension,

For this vibration of love,

There are enough ways out there in the world.

You can just be in unconditional love with the whole world or you can join some community,

Some group,

Some anonymous group,

Something you could do to help yourself in exchanging this love,

In giving and receiving this love from others and at the same time learning to love yourself.

So this dimension of love is easy,

It's easy to approach,

It's easy to understand,

It's easy to manage because you immediately feel it,

You feel the warmth of it,

You feel the healing impact effects of that.

So this dimension of love is very easy to bring it into one's life but that is just half the process.

The second vibration,

The vibration of truth.

You also need the vibration of truth in order to complete this process of healing,

Of restoring your health back,

Restoring this healing back into your life,

Restoring the harmony into your life.

This dimension of truth is something that we completely overlook,

We completely dismiss because this dimension of truth does not always is warm,

It is somewhat surgical,

It is very hard to face this dimension of truth,

This vibration of truth.

So we rather avoid and try to just remain in the dimension,

In the vibration of love.

See that you need both.

You need the feminine,

This love,

This vibration of love and also the masculine,

This vibration of truth.

This truth that shows you who you are,

This truth that does not hide anything from you,

This truth that does not care what do you think,

What do you feel about it,

This truth that completely shows you naked in front of this mirror of consciousness who you really are and gives you the chance to transform,

To change,

To heal together with this love and truth in life.

So please remember to bring both these dimensions as you go through healing,

As you go through restoring harmony in your life,

To have the love,

To have the truth.

To have the love you can source this,

You can crowdsource this from the outside,

From all the people around you unconditionally in this relation of love with everyone.

But truth,

The wisdom,

You cannot crowdsource truth,

You cannot have many blinds leading the blind,

You have to come in contact with the truth,

With the vibration of truth,

With the embodiment of truth,

With something that shows you things as they are.

This truth we all contain in us as well in our consciousness.

If we go within,

If we dare to face ourselves as we are in our consciousness,

In the silence,

In the awareness,

This truth starts revealing what the situation is,

How things are,

But our ego is hurt.

Many things come in the way between us and the truth.

And never let us be with the truth,

Never let us face the truth.

This ego that how can things be,

I will control my health,

I will control my harmony,

I know what I am talking about,

I know how to do things,

This ego never lets you to be with the masculine of the truth,

With the vibration of the truth.

You have to learn to approach the truth,

You have to learn to be receptive to the truth,

You have to learn the openness to be with the truth,

To be with the truth in your consciousness,

To be with the truth of the embodiment of truth of the consciousness that brings you wisdom,

The consciousness that brings you light.

You have to learn to approach that,

To remain receptive and not let this ego come in the way because as long as the ego is there,

The truth will always hurt,

The truth will never let,

You will never let this truth penetrate you and bring this transformation,

Bring this healing into your life.

So as you go through this process of healing,

Bring the feminine love in your life,

This warmth of love to help you go through the process of healing but also the light of the truth.

Without the truth,

That healing process is incomplete,

You will stumble again and again and again in your life.

In order to be with the truth,

Learn to surrender,

Learn to put your ego aside,

Learn to be in a state of receptivity.

And as we go through these sessions,

The vibration of tantra is all,

Is containing both the love,

The feminine and the truth,

The masculine.

See that you do not just take one and reject the other,

Let both penetrate you,

The feminine and the masculine,

The love and the truth of this tantra vibration.

Otherwise you will go through these sessions,

You will only take what is convenient for you,

You will only receive what your mind,

What your ego allows you to take within and you will miss,

You will miss a great deal of what is being imparted in these sessions,

In this journey with the tantra vibration.

And now the technique from Vigyan Bhairav tantra which Bhairava has given to us for today's meditation.

Bhairava says,

Contemplate on the antahakarna and be free of it.

Let me repeat.

Contemplate on the antahakarna and be free of it.

What is antahakarna?

Antahakarna is the inner instrument.

The English translation would be the inner instrument.

And what is this inner instrument?

Our mind.

What we call as mind.

And when we use this word mind in English,

What do we refer to?

It is a very loose word to put some things together,

To some thoughts,

Some emotions,

Some movements in our inner space,

Something that we call as mind,

We don't know exactly what we are referring to as when we call as mind.

In tantra,

In yoga,

In this eastern philosophy that is forming the basis,

There is one framework which we could use to understand mind and to contemplate over mind.

It says mind has four dimensions.

To understand your mind,

To recognize your mind,

To point at mind,

To contemplate mind,

Understand mind in these four dimensions,

In these four components.

The component number one,

Manas.

Manas is that screen on which you see a thought.

So as a thought arises in you,

As an image arises in you,

As a visualization arises in you,

It arises on the component of the mind known as manas.

You can call it manas or give it whatever name you like.

What is more important is that you recognize this component of the mind where any image is formed.

If you say a pink elephant,

Think of a pink elephant,

Visualize a pink elephant,

Where is this image formed in you?

This image that suddenly,

This visualization,

This imagination that suddenly arises in you,

Where is that imagination?

That imagination is in your manas.

It is in that screen where this projection is forming in this screen,

You can call that as manas.

So as we will go through our meditation today,

You will contemplate on these components,

Component by component and the first component that you will contemplate on is manas.

That screen where images are formed in your mind.

The second is ahankara,

This ego,

This sense of self.

This is also a part of antahakarna,

The inner instrument,

A part of your mind which constantly gives you this sense of self,

That I,

That ego,

That sense of self.

So you will contemplate also on this second component,

This sense of I,

This sense of self which gives you this mind,

Which gives you this antahakarna,

This inner instrument.

So these two components and then we will move on to the third component which is known as chitta.

Chitta is all the memories that you have gathered all throughout your lives.

Not the memories only of the past,

Not only the thought memories,

But everything that you do,

The programs that you are running yourself on,

All the habits,

All the learnings,

All the skills,

All together you can call them as memory and is known as chitta.

This chitta is where all,

Whenever you refer to something,

Whenever you refer to an object when you say apple and this reference comes from chitta,

From the memories,

From the past,

From the learnings,

From the skills,

From everything that you contain in you,

This,

All the contents of your consciousness,

If you put them together,

They are known as chitta and they are called the moment a thought arises in you.

So the process of meditation,

The process of contemplation is to contemplate over these components and let them be at rest and be free of all these components.

And the fourth component,

Buddhi.

Buddhi is intellect.

This is something which gives you the ability to put things together,

To discern things and to distinguish things from right to left when you add something in your mind,

2 plus 2 is equal to 4,

That calculation is happening because of the intellect,

Because of the buddhi.

So if you use this framework to contemplate over the mind,

To contemplate over the 4 components of the mind,

You have covered a vast spectrum of what you call as mind.

There is so much more to the mind but this is what allows you to take a distance from the mind.

So if you contemplate over the mind using these 4 components and allow slowly over time,

Over your silence,

To take a certain distance and be free of all these 4 components,

You reach to a very very deep silence and awareness where there is clarity,

Where there is truth,

Where there is love.

Let us practice this in our own silence,

In our own meditation,

To go through component by component and contemplate over this,

Recognize this within us and put it at a distance at rest.

Please close your eyes,

Take a posture that is comfortable for you.

Pala By prone allowing your body to find a restful posture as your awareness turns inwards towards your inner space.

Shifting awareness to monas,

To the screen where you see thoughts,

Where you see images,

Visualizations.

Becoming aware,

Recognizing months,

Where you see images,

Visualizations or the projections of your mind.

Not trying to change anything,

Simply observing that mind screen,

Monas.

Yes.

Yes.

And letting it rest.

Shifting awareness to the sense of self.

Ankara.

Yes.

Observing,

Becoming aware of the sense of self.

Allowing it to rest.

Yes.

Shifting awareness to chitta,

The source of memories,

Learnings.

Observing the source of your thoughts,

Of anything that is arising in your consciousness.

Observe the source.

Yes.

Yes.

And letting the source be at rest.

Shifting awareness to buddhi,

To the sense of intellect.

To the calculation,

To the ideas,

To the plants and allowing the buddhi to be at rest.

Yes.

As you contemplate,

Silence arises in you.

Move from all directions to the silence.

Letting go of all effort.

Resting in this silence with awareness.

Yes.

Yes.

As you remain absolutely still,

Silent and aware,

What arises is truth.

Yes.

Yes.

And very gently and slowly,

You may open your eyes.

Maintaining your silence,

Your awareness,

Your centeredness in a distance from all what is happening in your consciousness,

In your mind,

In your inner space.

On this path of spiritual seeking,

On this path of approaching the truth,

If you wish to be a part of the community where you have other meditators like yourself.

On the same journey towards truth,

Sharing love with each other,

Helping each other to gather the courage to be with the truth.
