Namaste sannyasa family and everyone.
A very warm welcome to all of you in this daily live meditation session with me,
Deance.
We are meditating on 112 meditation techniques of Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.
Let me remind you these 112 techniques,
The vibration of tantra captured in these 112 meditation techniques.
They are designed,
They are made for the entire humanity across time and space.
It does not matter whether the humanity is living in the Satyuga where the whole world is in perfection,
Where the whole world is already in truth and you just need a nudge,
You need some push to realize the truth or we are living as humanity on the other end of the spectrum in complete darkness,
In being completely lost as humanity with no truth,
With no love,
With no sense of where we are going,
Completely lost,
Destroying ourselves,
Creating misery for ourselves,
Having enmity with ourselves and with everyone else.
It does not matter in which phase,
In which sense as a collective we are living in the Satyuga or the Kaliyuga or somewhere in between.
It does not matter.
These techniques,
112 techniques are designed to take us forward,
Are designed to keep in mind where you are in life.
Your situation,
Your time,
The cosmos,
Many factors that play into your experience of life,
These 112 techniques and the vibration of Tantra is made to take you further no matter where you are.
What is more important to understand is this vibration of Tantra,
Is that this underlying vibration of Tantra that is open and available in each of these sessions.
To connect to this vibration is far more important than even the techniques that are given.
These techniques that are given,
They are good for you to play with,
They are good for you to take you out of where you are,
Giving you a hand,
Giving your mind,
Your heart,
Your energies something to grasp,
Something to hold on to,
To move in a certain direction.
But in these sessions,
This alive frequency,
This vibration of Tantra that is available underneath is far more important to connect to.
So as you sit in these sessions for the very first time or for the hundredth of time,
See that the discourse,
The technique are just an excuse.
More important is to sit in the vibration of Tantra,
In the silence that is there underneath all what is being said.
What is being said is having some relevance,
Some opening in your mind,
Giving you a certain thought,
Giving you a certain opening in your mind,
A certain opening in your heart,
A certain movement towards your spirit and the technique is for you to do something about that,
Wherever you are,
In whichever situation of life you are,
But underneath the current,
The current underneath,
The vibration underneath,
If you tune into this vibration of Tantra that is there captured in every word of the discourse,
In every technique,
In every second,
In every moment of this session,
If you can tune into that,
That is the highest way of being and gaining out of these sessions,
Gaining out of these meditations.
Otherwise we'll keep on going into the discourse,
We'll keep on going into the technique and see that you have already so much information for your mind to process that your mind is completely confused,
Overloaded with what to do,
So the movement also has to be from your mind to the heart to the spirit.
See that the current situation that we are living in,
That we all are facing as collective humanity is because of the mind and its neurosis,
This allocation of all our energies to the mind and letting the mind drive the entire humanity is what is creating what we are living today and it is time as a collective,
As an individual,
That we move from the mind to the heart to the spirit.
The allocation of our energies,
The allocation of our effort of how we develop ourselves has to move from the mind to the heart to the spirit.
Enough of working with the mind,
Enough of training with the mind,
Enough of trying to grasp the whole life with the mind and see the futility of it that we have created for ourselves misery.
We find ourselves lost.
The more we try to approach life with just the mind,
With just the intellect,
With just the rationals,
Trying to understand everything,
Trying to grasp everything with the mind,
We have created more problems than solutions.
We have to move from the mind to the heart to the spirit.
This movement,
This journey,
This spiritual transformation,
We have to go as an individual,
We have to go as a collective to come out of the times that we are living in,
To come out of all that we are experiencing as a collective,
As an individual.
And this movement out of the mind,
Out of,
Towards the heart,
Towards the spirit is the vibration of tantra,
Liberating your energies from the mind,
Opening your heart,
Opening your spirit and unfolding your consciousness.
So as you tune into this vibration of tantra,
As you listen to the discourse,
As you allow yourself to immerse in the discourse,
As you allow yourself to practice the technique,
To be open for the technique,
Remember the vibration of tantra is the most significant and this movement away from the mind,
Towards the heart,
Towards the spirit is the direction that we all are taking in these sessions.
Let us listen to the technique that Bhairava has given in Vigyan Bhairava Tantra for today and practice this in our silence.
Bhairava says,
Look into the blue sky beyond clouds and enter.
Look into the blue sky beyond clouds and enter.
Now there are two meanings,
Two interpretations to this,
Two ways of doing this technique.
One is that you literally go out,
You look at the blue sky,
You look at the blue sky beyond the clouds,
If there is a clear blue sky,
You look at the clear blue sky and you enter.
Where do you enter?
You enter into this meditative state which is above the mind,
Which is in the heart,
Which is in the spirit.
Once again you are tuned into your heart,
You are once again tuned into your spirit the moment you look at the sky.
Why does that happen?
Understand that mind is a limitation.
Mind likes objects.
Sky is not an object.
Sky is not limited.
There is this unlimited,
Vast,
Infinite aspect of the sky which mind cannot capture.
So as you become aware of the sky,
As the moment you become aware of the sky,
Suddenly mind falls short of its grip.
It loses its grip over your awareness.
It loses its grip over your consciousness and the opening and the entrance into this vast blue sky where you once again rise.
Your energies rise from your mind to the heart to the spirit.
When we normally look at the physical body or in our mechanical,
Physical version of the body,
The mind is always at the top.
It appears that mind is always at the top,
The heart is below the mind,
The spirit is somewhere even below the heart.
This is the mechanical,
The physical model of mind,
Heart and spirit of ourselves that we are living in and therefore in this physical,
Mechanical model,
We have given mind the highest importance as if whatever the mind decides is higher than what the heart could propose,
What the spirit would ever say.
So we let the mind decide everything.
But it is completely the opposite.
The vibration,
The frequency that you live in the mind is of limitation,
Is very,
Very small,
Is very limited to a certain rational,
To a certain logic and as a child,
As an undeveloped individual,
You may just be happy with some logic,
With some rational and call that as life.
If that is the case,
You're living only in the vibration of the mind.
The vibration of the heart is higher.
The heart is higher than the mind.
In the heart,
There is love and compassion for all.
In the heart,
This vibration is all inclusive.
And the vibration of the spirit is even higher than of the heart,
Which is not only all inclusive of the humanity,
But of the entire cosmos.
It is the divine connection that we have with everything that is there in the cosmos.
So this journey from the mind to the heart to the spirit is raising one's vibration.
And as you look into the sky,
As you look into the infinity,
As you look into the clear blue sky,
You're once again rising above the limitations,
You're coming out of the limitations of the mind,
Your heart once again stares,
Your spirit once again awakens.
So this is one literal way of doing this technique.
If you're outside,
If there is a clear blue sky,
You look into the clear blue sky,
Into the infinity for a few moments,
And you enter.
Then there is another possibility in this technique,
Doing it literally outside in the sky,
Towards the sky.
If there are clouds,
And there would be clouds,
Then you see through the gaps of the clouds,
You do not pay attention to the clouds,
But you look through the gaps of the clouds,
And beyond the clouds,
You always remember that there is clear blue sky.
If the sky is completely with the clouds,
Only this remembrance,
Only this tuning in that there is always a clear blue sky above the clouds can allow you to enter.
Now how to do this technique as a meditation,
How to do this technique while you're sitting in silence with your eyes closed.
See that your mind is also a space with clouds of thoughts.
And as you close your eyes,
If you can tune in into a thoughtless,
Into a clear blue sky of your mind,
Of your consciousness,
Then you enter immediately.
But if you are having clouds,
If there are thoughts rising and falling,
What you would do is,
After a thought has risen and fallen,
There is a gap.
Before the next thought arises and falls back into nowhere,
There is a gap.
You will enter through that gap.
You will remain observant,
You will remain aware of all what is happening in your mind,
This rising and falling of thoughts,
Remaining a witness,
Not trying to be involved,
Not trying to be influencing whatever is happening in your mind,
Not trying to take control over it.
But the moment you see there is a gap,
You enter through that gap.
Then once again,
A thought arises,
Takes your attention away,
Remain silent,
Remain aware.
Once again,
There will be an opportunity for a gap to arise between two thoughts.
Enter through the gaps in the clear blue sky of your mind.
The more you do this,
By and by,
You will see the clouds become less and less,
The thoughts start to disappear and you find yourself in a thoughtless,
Clear blue inner space.
Let us practice this simple meditation technique which is interpreted in many different ways,
In many different traditions,
But the crux of the technique is very simple.
That you remain a witness,
An awareness of your inner space,
Of your mind,
And whatever arises,
Let it arise,
Let it fall in between those two,
Rising and falling,
There is a gap.
Stay focused on the gap and enter.
Let us close our eyes and take a posture that is comfortable,
That is allowing the body to be at rest.
Your breath settling,
Your body settling,
Resting into the posture,
And your awareness turn inwards towards your inner space,
Towards your mind.
Simply observe your mind,
Thoughts,
Emotions,
And thoughts.
Emotions,
Images,
Words,
Anything that rises and falls back,
Observe your mind.
Let us practice this simple meditation technique.
Let us practice this simple meditation technique.
Whether your mind has less thoughts or a lot of thoughts,
Simply observe,
Don't try to stop anything or change anything.
Let us practice this simple meditation technique.
Let us practice this simple meditation technique.
Now shift your awareness to the gaps between two thoughts.
A thought arises and disappears.
Before another thought arises,
Stay in that gap.
Let us practice this simple meditation technique.

Don't try to hold the gap.
If it's there,
Remain aware.

The thoughts are less and less.
The gap is bigger and bigger.
Allow that to happen and remain aware of the gap.
Enter through the gap.

Stay in the vibration of tantra,

Very gently and slowly,
You may open your eyes,
Maintaining this inner serenity,
This awareness,
Silence,
And this thoughtless,
Clear blue sky,
Clear consciousness,
Taking this taste to your daily life.

Not just in a few moments,

Towards a transformation,
