Gently shift your attention from sensory input to your inner being,
The awareness behind the senses.
The senses are portals leading from the exterior world.
But to what?
And to who?
It is to the innermost self,
True consciousness.
Unseeing it is the seer,
Unheard it absorbs the vibration of sound.
Untouched it is the energetic awareness that permeates the body and allows you to experience sensual contact.
It is the being that tastes the sweetness,
Not the body.
It is the being that smells the fragrance of the rose.
The body is just its vessel.
The inner being is one with God,
Adrift in the sea of infinite worlds.
It is not confined by the body,
Not confined by space,
Not confined by time,
Not confined by dimension.
It exists in all places,
And all places are here in the present moment.
All places are in the presence of the divine self,
The innermost self.
Formless,
Dimensionless,
Immeasurable,
Immense,
But subtle.
Infinite,
An infinitesimal.
The being is within and without,
Here and in all the infinite realms.
A multiparent house,
It's simple,
Because it is simply beyond explanation,
Beyond the mind,
But within the realm of experience.
Experience the being by experiencing being.
Just be.
Let the mind quietly flow into silence,
And soon stillness follows.
The senses close off the outside world,
And there in that realm is the being.
Not waiting or wanting or watching,
It is simply consciousness,
The nest of creativity,
The throne of creation,
The raw material of reality,
The true self of all things,
Of all worlds,
Of all energy,
Of all experiences.
God,
Heaven,
Now,
All words that we use to describe the same thing.
The same phenomena and the same experience,
That is so immense and so beautiful,
There are no words.
Just the invitation.
Just let everything go.
Let go of ego.
Stop holding on to the pain.
Stop holding on to the anger.
Let go of the fear.
Let go of the dogma.
And when it is all gone,
There will be no obstacles,
And you will experience the inner being.
You will experience oneness with God,
And oneness with all things.
The true self can never die,
Or the ego must die,
So that you can be truly free.
Your inner being.
Your inner being.
As ancient as the universe itself and older.
Beyond and before time.
Beyond,
Beyond.
Omniscient,
All-knowing.
Your eyes can only see so far,
But the inner being can see all things,
That are and that ever were and that ever will be,
All occurring at once.
Go beyond the mind.
And if you can just learn to be without judgment,
Without fear,
You will find the true self.
Beyond death,
Beyond pain.
Beyond even our small concept of what God is,
There is the true God,
Bringing all things together,
In the here and now.
Collapsing potentiality into reality.
And all this process is happening within you.
The creative process is happening every moment out of the day,
And you are included in that process.
Finding yourself awakening in the spiraling energy of consciousness.
You know this is true.
