So just notice where the body is tense and where you feel aches.
Notice if you feel tired.
These are memories without words or stories or images.
Now take a deep breath slowly through the nose.
Inhale and hold it.
Now release drawing in the stomach until you are empty.
Release the tension in your face.
The tension in your shoulders,
Let it go.
Tension in your neck,
Arms,
Abdomen,
Legs.
For the first time today allow your body to be free and relaxed.
Hold on to nothing.
Let it all go.
There is nothing left.
Only the divine.
Fear in the peace inside yourself,
In the stillness,
In the space between thoughts,
In the flow of life energy,
In every breath,
In every cell,
In the light your eyes use to see,
In the darkness in which creation began,
In the wilderness,
In the darkness in civilization,
In every word,
In every heartbeat,
In the blood,
In the sun,
In the ocean,
In the earth.
There is only the divine,
All around and within,
Beautiful and infinite,
Subtle and transcendent,
The divine and glorious source of creation,
All inside of you.
You are the sun,
You are the earth,
You are the water,
You are the light and darkness,
You are subtle and transcendent,
You are divine.
