Motivating

Wow !!..great...very intense...I really, really got into this ...the music was intense almost dark...but along with what you are saying.
One thing ...you kept saying " breath, breath, breath " ...I don't breath that fast especially during meditation...however, maybe I was missing your point ...felt like I was hearing " live, live, live " ...or " do, do, do " ...or am I over thinking this.
