This gentle body scan meditation helps you reconnect with physical sensations and gradually release stored tension. By slowly bringing awareness through different areas of the body, you allow the nervous system to shift out of stress mode and return to a more balanced state. This practice can be helpful if you are experiencing: • Anxiety or restlessness • Physical tension in the body • Overthinking • Emotional stress You don’t need to force anything to change.
