Welcome to the out of this world meditation.

Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Focus on the breath going in and out of your nose.

And as you're breathing in and out,

Feel the weight of your body wherever you're sitting and breathe with it.

Allowing your body to sway with your breath.

And as you're breathing in and out,

Notice that your body is getting lighter.

Starting with your head.

Your head starts to sway a little bit with the lightness.

Then your torso and your belly and your arms,

They all start feeling a little bit lighter.

And then your legs and your feet,

They all start feeling so light and airy.

They actually lift off the ground.

Feeling your body starting to get lighter and drifting up,

Up,

Up,

Above where you're seated.

Up through the ceiling.

Up through the roof.

You can see the top of the buildings.

You can see the terrain below.

And all the things below start getting a little bit smaller.

Looking around,

You can see some birds about the same level as you.

Just notice them as you're drifting up,

Higher and higher.

And things below you are getting smaller and smaller.

And as you're drifting up,

It's getting a little colder and windier.

Up through the clouds.

You can start to see the sun.

So big and yellow and warm.

You can feel it recharging you.

And as your light body gets lighter,

Approaching the edge of the earth,

Drifting faster and faster,

You can see the edge of space,

The dark stillness,

And the light of the stars and still the big sun closer to you.

Now,

Through the edge of the atmosphere and at the edge of space,

You stop.

Sitting there at the edge of the earth and space,

Breathing in and out still.

Enjoying the quiet.

Experiencing the stillness.

Experiencing how small things look from way up here.

You can see the earth turning slowly.

So quiet and so beautiful.

Breathing in and out the stillness.

Allowing yourself the time to be still.

Allowing yourself to be recharged by the quiet.

And as you sit there at the edge of space,

Know that you can come back at any time just by closing your eyes and letting yourself drift.

I want you to look around,

Up into space,

Taking the vastness.

Look at the stars.

Notice the darkness.

Take in the stillness.

And as you're breathing in and out the stillness of the space around you,

Reach out and grab a little piece of that space.

You can take dark matter.

You can take a star.

Reach out and grab that in between your thumb and your pointer.

And take that little piece of space and place it somewhere on your body.

And later on,

Just by thinking of that place on your body or by touching that place,

You will be instantly transported to the edge of space once again.

Simply preparing yourself to go back to earth,

Knowing that you can come back at any time.

Allow yourself to get a few more moments of recharge from the sun and the stillness.

And allow yourself to drift down gently like a feather,

Gliding down on the air.

Going down through the cold air,

The wind and the clouds.

You can see some birds down below.

Just notice them as you drift down past them.

Noticing the sky.

Noticing the air on your skin.

Noticing the tops of buildings or houses and the terrain below.

Going down,

Down through the roof,

Through the ceiling and back into your seat,

So grounded and so safe.

Enjoying the safety and the groundedness that is sitting here on earth.

Take a few moments and just notice your breath as you sit safely in your seat.

Preparing your mind for the rest of the day.

And knowing that just by touching that one place or thinking of that one place on your body,

You can be instantly transported to the edge of the earth and experience the stillness and the recharge that you get from that.

This is the end of the meditation.

Sometimes visualization is hard for me, but this guided meditation was very simple without a lot of fluff, and I was able to feel the peace of leaving this world and the ability to return to that peace at anytime. Thank you

I lost track of time during this meditation, really nice! It relies on a lot of visualization, and a bit of imagination, which was a funny exercise as I really got into it. I would have add some more visual anchors to help visualize that we are going up (the house look like a bigs square, then a little plate, then a coffee bean then a grain of sand for example).

Such a nice time to dive into the inner self while going up and outward, too. Beautiful.

That was sincerely the most amazing meditation I have ever experienced. My mind tried to wander saying we needed to go to the bathroom and I felt my self being hurled from space into my bathroom but reality was unstable cuz I was not actually there. I thought maybe I got up to fast to go to the bathroom and felt like I was going to collapse and I collapsed right back into my body and realize I was still lying in my bed. I did this as a morning meditation and I was not disappointed! Exceeded my expectations in a way I could never quantify! Thanks you so much!

Great meditation. The bell at the end isn't bad if you know it's coming.
