Hello beautiful souls,
My name is Dhyana and I'm here to guide you through a brief meditation that can be used to ground you at any point in your day.
To start,
Find a quiet space where you can sit in a comfortable position.
Place your hands gently on your knees and allow your eyes to flutter shut.
Begin to roll your shoulders up and back a few times allowing yourself to arrive in your body and in this moment.
Begin to tune your awareness into your breath,
Taking a deep inhale through your nose and slowly exhaling out.
As you continue to breathe in your natural rhythm,
Bring your awareness to the sensation of the air as it enters your nostrils filling up your lungs.
Noticing the gentle rise as your chest expands and the fall as you breathe out,
Sending your breath out.
With every inhale,
Allow yourself to sink deeper into the earth beneath you.
With every exhale,
Releasing the weight of your thoughts,
Returning your full awareness to the here and the now.
Know that by being here,
By taking this moment to be with your breath,
You are already grounded.
Allow your next breath to carry you deeper and deeper into this state of full relaxation.
Take a few more deep breaths,
Giving gratitude to yourself for taking the time to ground your energy.
Know that you can tap into this feeling of groundedness at any time by simply closing your eyes and taking a deep,
Deep breath.
Slowly begin to awaken your body,
Wiggling your fingers and toes.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes and return your awareness to the external world around you.
Take this feeling of groundedness with you as you continue on with your journey,
