Affirmations are a great way to reset your thoughts and create a positive mindset. Your mindset is the lens through which you will view your day, it will shape your interactions, and define your response to people and situations. Cultivating a positive and robust mindset is a daily practice, ideally done first thing in the morning but can be done any time! Take 5 minutes now to reset your mindset and redirect your thoughts. Good morning,

My name is Tanyo and I'm coming to you from Darug and Gundungurra country here in the Blue Mountains.

This is our morning affirmation and I encourage you to take a full and deep breath in between the affirmations.

I can be patient and trust in the timing of my journey.

I can accept what comes and adjust my sails.

I am setting boundaries and intentions so I have direction but not rigidity.

I can notice what is in my favor.

Good things have happened and will happen again.

I can be curious,

Observant and open-minded to myself and to the world around me.

I can find beauty and joy no matter what the destination.

I can trust that I have the capacity and resources within myself to deal with whatever comes.

I can find the next right step if I am quiet and take a breath.

That is all that is needed in any given moment.

And here we can take a full and deep breath.

Notice the breath as it travels in through your nose.

Noticing if that breath is expanding across your chest.

Noticing if that breath is finding its way down to your ribcage.

As you're breathing in know that you are experiencing your own aliveness.

Just appreciating how easily your breath comes into your body.

Your breath is waiting for you at any time.

All you have to do is notice the breath as it comes in through your nose.

May your day be filled with wonder and gratitude.
