So good! The course completely changed my perspective of napping and is guided very lovingly. Clearly a lot of thought has been put into this course. Even though I don’t manage to fall asleep yet, I feel way more energised during the day since doing these powernaps. I look forward to continuing my napping journey! :)

Napping is a great alternative to meditation and they both work very well together. I have found that this 31-day course of power napping has noticeably improved my ability to fall asleep more easily at night. Practice makes perfect!

I am so pleased I bought this course. I will do it again at some point as there was a lot of useful information that I will need to listen to again.
