The Secret Weapon: Generosity & The Virtuous Cycle
In this lesson, we will search for the secret weapon to creating a consistently grateful mindset which is generosity. They go hand in hand to form what is called a "virtuous cycle" - a positive self -reinforcing a system that generates a state of abundance and power through a continual loop of giving and appreciating. Our goal in this lesson is primarily to become familiar with generosity and its relationship to gratitude. We will also explore why it plays such a critical role in the development of a daily gratitude practice through the virtuous cycle.
