There Are Signs Everywhere!

When we pay attention to what’s going on around us, sometimes we see the messages that we are meant to see! Let’s open our eyes and see the signs and messages that Spirit has for us! All we have to do is look. There are signs everywhere.

Hello there.

Welcome to In The Flow.

Namaste.

How is everybody doing today?

Here's my big question for the day.

There's always a question for the day.

Do you guys look around at what's happening around you?

Like when you're walking down the street,

Do you look around for signs maybe from the universe?

I don't usually and I should because I think we all should.

It was just really interesting yesterday because I mean it's not like I go out and I look for signs.

I will see,

Which I love,

I will see feathers from sitting out front on the.

.

.

Actually sitting right out front my front door.

I saw a feather yesterday I think it was and no it was two days ago and I was like oh wow you know cuz to me that's like a symbol of of like God and like I'm here and it's all good.

You know what I mean?

Like it's all good.

But yesterday I saw multiple and when I say multiple I mean like four or five tigers.

I know tigers throughout the day.

I was like I think that's a sign for something.

You know because why would I see tigers?

I mean like how often do you see tigers?

So that's my question.

You know okay so we see feathers and stuff sitting around and that's like you know good to notice and it's like it's like it makes you feel like an affirmation kind of makes you feel good and whatever but when you start seeing like owls around I hear owls all the time I don't see owls but I hear them a lot.

When you start seeing other animals then I started thinking to myself number one I got to look that up which I did and I'll tell you about that in a minute but number two it's like wow do I notice what's going on right in front of me ever?

You know I mean does the universe have to show me four or five tigers in order to get my attention?

You know what I'm saying?

I mean it's like it doesn't make in the sense I'm like wow you know for me you know somebody who feels like I'm connected with the world blah blah blah right?

It's just funny because I thought to myself well I need to like figure I need to like be more present and I'm always you guys know I'm always talking about we got to be present in our life and blah blah blah.

So interesting right?

So anyway so I looked up tigers and tigers mean personal power,

Your strength,

Your willpower right?

But it also means it also means your shadow side which I thought was really kind of cool.

So it's like it's like the shadow part of you that you are trying to like reject or hide right?

But then it also means tigers seeing a whole bunch of tigers also can mean a new adventure.

I was like cool right?

I'm like in I love adventure right?

So I thought that was really really fascinating.

So here I am looking at my like what is the shadow side?

What is my shadow side?

You know I mean that's a good thing for us to look at right?

So that's why I thought I'd talk about this today right?

Because you know since I got four or five sort of hints like pay attention to me right?

So I think that was really funny.

So I thought that we that's what we would meditate on today.

So yeah let's meditate on being present.

Let's meditate on knowing that we are we are this is gonna be I don't mean to sound controversial by saying this but we are God we are infinity we are the universe.

That's what we're meditating on today.

So let's get ourselves comfortable.

And put yourself you can be as you know you can sit however you like whatever you know like I love talking about you know guys know I talk about David G all the time.

David G says comfort is Queen so however you feel if you feel good with your feet flat on the floor that's great if you want to have them what is that called when your feet are when your legs are crossed gee whiz really okay and then close your eyes whenever it feels comfortable let's take a nice deep breath in and release it perfect very good let's start to relax our bodies a bit just kind of do a quick scan of your body starting at the top of your head going down your neck and shoulders chest abdomen arms your pelvis area your legs and feet just do a quick scan of your body to relax it so what are you grateful for today what is it that is going really great in your life what are you grateful for it could be the cup of coffee that you have or it could be your health it could be anything it could be your new car it could be the fact that you are taking 15 minutes of your own day to sit in meditation beautiful so our mantra for today is a Sanskrit mantra aham brahmasti aham brahmasti and what that means is I am the universe I am sacred I am divine aham brahmasti aham brahmasti aham brahmasti now as we sit in the stillness if you lose the mantra that's absolutely okay just always know that you can come back to your breath if you lose the mantra just come back and start concentrating on your breathing I will keep the time and let's begin aham brahmasti aham brahmasti aham brahmasti aham brahmasti aham brahmasti aham brahmasti aham brahmasti aham brahmasti aham brahmasti aham brahmasti aham brahmasti aham brahmasti Turn down the volume.

Let's start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.

Back to the chair you're sitting in.

Let's take a nice deep breath in,

Breathing in the light of the universe.

Breathe in and release it.

Whenever you feel comfortable you can open your eyes.

You must know that you are the universe.

You are divine.

So beautiful.

I love that mantra.
