Who do you think you are? Smart? Funny? Happy? Grateful? That small critical voice in our heads has so much to say! Listening to it when it tells us how amazing we are is so powerful! Let’s listen to the positivity and live into it!

Welcome to In the Flow with Lori Albert.
So who do you think you are?
I mean that in a loving way.
Like who do you really think that you are?
Do you have any idea?
When that little,
When you talk to that,
Or that little voice in your head starts talking to you,
You know,
That little one up there that tells you the good things and the bad things on that stuff.
What does it say to you?
I know that's kind of a weird hard sort of,
I wouldn't say hard necessarily question,
But whenever we think who we are,
Do we think of the good things that we are?
Or do we think of the negative things that we are?
That's one of the things I want to talk about today regarding our self-esteem and our confidence.
Because without our self-esteem and our confidence,
What can we truly be?
You know,
I've been recognizing and you know I've been meditating a lot lately on on my own personal gifts and that sort of thing,
Right?
And I've been thinking about what it is that I am.
And I was thinking that that's what we should consider today.
What are you?
What are you?
Are you extraordinary?
Are you powerful?
Well let's think of some good things that we are.
Don't you think we deserve that?
We deserve that.
All these great things that there are to be in our life.
I mean,
Do you think that you're beautiful?
Do you think that you're happy?
There's so much to consider,
You know,
Whenever we're thinking of all the different things that we can be in our life.
Do you think that you are extraordinary?
Do you think that you're deserving?
Do you think that you are powerful and courageous?
I want you to think about what it is that you are.
Because when you start really considering the positive things that you actually are,
That's when you start becoming them.
And that's a pretty powerful thing.
I have on my my reminder on my cell phone,
Comes up every other day,
You are deserving.
That helps me manifest stuff actually.
You know,
That actually helps me manifest stuff.
You are deserving.
We all are deserving.
We all are.
And I'm also courageous.
Are you courageous?
What if we just did that?
And I know I talked about this recently,
But what if we just took that one,
That those,
What is it,
The 15 seconds of extraordinary courage,
Did something for yourself,
Become a yes person.
I mean,
What if we only listen to,
Can you imagine how amazing we would be if we only listen to the positive things that our little,
That little voice in our head tells us?
Can you imagine how powerful we would be as human beings?
That's amazing to consider that.
We can be that if we allow ourselves to be that.
If we allow ourselves to be that,
We can change the world.
We can change our world.
We can change our family's world,
Our friends' world,
Just with that little bit of whatever it is that you are.
Gosh,
That's amazing.
That's so,
That is powerful,
You know,
And it's so funny because before I started this today,
All I could think of was,
Not all I could think of was,
But like,
I didn't know where Spirit was gonna lead me on this path,
You know,
And how amazing is it to consider all of the things that we are,
That are good.
You know,
We could seriously go down that road of,
Oh,
I'm a little lazy today,
Or I'm a little,
I don't know,
I'm a little narcissistic today,
Or I'm just,
I'm sad today,
Or whatever,
But you know what?
If you counteract that with some of these amazing things,
Because the reality is,
You are powerful.
You are amazing.
You are so courageous.
You are,
And I don't even,
And I mean that for everybody,
Every single person that is listening to this is a powerful human being.
Isn't that amazing?
I love that.
You are powerful,
And that is what we are going to meditate on today.
So get your blankie.
I have my really comfy sort of sweater on today,
So,
Because it's chilly where I am,
And I have been chilly for the last couple hours,
Right?
So I got my blankie,
So go get your blankie,
Get your pillow,
Whatever it is,
Get yourself comfortable,
Okay?
Get yourself comfortable,
Because we are going to meditate on how powerful we actually are,
Right?
Yes we are.
So,
Okay,
All right,
So are you getting yourself comfortable?
Great.
Good job.
Whenever you feel comfortable,
Close your eyes.
Let's take a nice deep breath in,
And release it.
Didn't we need that today?
That felt good.
Again,
That deep breath,
It could be five o'clock in the afternoon,
But once you take that deep,
That first deep breath of the day,
It can change everything,
Right?
So let's consider,
Before we get into our meditation,
Let's consider just those few things that we are grateful for today.
What are you grateful for?
What is going well?
Sometimes those little negative things want to seep in there,
But don't allow it.
What are you grateful for today?
What are you appreciative?
Sometimes a different choice of words helps you to figure stuff out like that,
Right?
What are you appreciative of in your life?
So our mantra for the day.
Our mantra for the day is this.
I am beautiful.
I am grateful.
I am powerful.
I am deserving.
I am beautiful.
I am grateful.
I am powerful.
I am deserving.
This mantra is designed to raise our vibration,
Our individual vibration,
And the vibration of the planet.
Because think about if everyone on the planet used this mantra at the same time.
Imagine how that could be for you.
I am beautiful.
I am grateful.
I am powerful.
I am deserving.
I will keep the time,
And if you lose the mantra or if it morphs into something else,
That's absolutely okay.
You can always come back to your breath,
And let's begin.
I am beautiful.

To enjoy the natural wild thing on how it is that is rational.

Start bringing your awareness back to our bodies and the chair that we're sitting in.

If you feel comfortable you can open your eyes.
I hope everybody feels good because that was meant to bring up our self-esteem and bring up our self-confidence.
