Hello and welcome to part three of this three-part meditation series designed to increase your intuition.

In part one,

Our focus was on calming our mind.

In part two,

Our focus was on expanding our energy.

And in part three,

In this meditation,

We are going to be using our intuition.

Let's begin.

Find yourself a comfortable seated position with your spine straight yet relaxed,

Ensuring that it is supported.

Ideally you won't be disturbed.

Once you have found yourself a comfortable seated position,

If you have not already done so,

Close down your eyes.

Once your eyes are closed,

Do a quick scan of your physical body,

Checking in to see if there are any adjustments that you can make to be even more comfortable.

And if so,

Making any necessary adjustments now.

It is important for this meditation that you are very,

Very comfortable because we will be using our body to work with our intuition.

Go ahead now and take a nice deep breath in through your nose,

Fill your chest and belly and hold for a moment at the top of your inhale before letting your breath go out through the mouth with a sigh.

Taking another deep breath in when you are ready,

Pausing at the top for a moment at the top of your inhale before letting it all go out through the mouth with an audible sigh.

And when you are ready,

Taking a third and final deep breath in now,

In through your nose,

Holding at the top of the inhale for as long as is comfortable and then letting it go out.

Once your three breaths are complete,

Allow your breathing to find its own natural and comfortable rhythm,

Slightly extended,

Slightly lengthened but comfortable.

You may like to breathe in for four counts and breathe out for six counts.

You may like to adopt a four part breath where you breathe in to the count of four,

Hold to the count of four.

Breathe out to the count of four and hold to the count of four,

Repeating that four part breath,

Equal length for all four parts.

Or you may prefer your own breathing rhythm today.

Do what feels best for you in this moment.

Feeling focused on your breath.

All of the effort required to bring you to this point in your day simply fades away.

And as you breathe,

You feel more relaxed,

More calm and more grounded.

All of your attention on this present moment.

Focusing on the rise and fall of your chest.

As you breathe in and as you breathe out.

You begin to notice the temperature of the air as you breathe in and perhaps the change in temperature of the air as you breathe out.

Cooler on the inhale,

Warmer on the exhale.

And as you continue to breathe,

We move into the second part of our meditation today,

Using our intuition.

Take a moment now to place your attention upon your legs.

Your thighs,

Knees,

Calves,

Ankles and feet.

And as you do,

You take a moment to receive any wisdom that your legs have for you.

Just allow it to come in whatever way it will.

It may be a knowing,

You may hear some words,

It may be a sense or a feeling,

Or you might get a visual,

Allowing the wisdom from your legs to come to you now.

And when that feels complete,

Gently shifting your focus.

Bring to mind all of the organs,

Muscles and even your skin in this area of your body.

Placing your attention there.

Noticing that now that you have opened up the channel for your body to commune with you,

You may already have information coming into your awareness.

Allow your torso to offer you wisdom now and allow it to come in whatever way it will.

Checking to see if there is any other wisdom that this part of your body has to offer now.

Let there be no volume.

You you remembering to breathe and when that feels complete gently shift your attention to your head neck shoulders and arms from the top of your head to the tips of each finger from the top of your head to the tips of each finger taking a moment now to receive any guidance,

Wisdom,

Insights that this part of your body has to offer you today remembering that it may come in a variety of ways you may receive a visual you may have a knowing a feeling perhaps you may even hear some words remember to breathe and when that feels complete taking a moment now to see if there is anything else that your body would like to offer you today perhaps a word to take with you into the rest of your day,

Week,

Month ahead perhaps a feeling and when that feels complete giving thanks to your body for offering you wisdom guidance and insights today it offers us so much when it comes to intuition and if we learn to pay attention to listen,

To feel for those signals that our body is always giving us then we cannot help but to strengthen our intuition taking a deep breath now in through the nose letting it go with a sigh out through the mouth bringing some gentle movement back into your body perhaps it feels grateful that you have spent some time listening today and when you are ready gently blinking open your eyes knowing that you can come back to this meditation at any time to continue to strengthen your intuition allowing your body to lead the way
