I'm Diana of Connecting Life.
Today I'm here with a self-worth meditation.
So this meditation is designed to help you reconnect with your inherent self-worth.
So what we're going to be doing is do some breath awareness,
Some deep relaxation and some affirmations.
And through those you'll release self-doubt and embrace your true value.
I'll also use a visualization that will help guide you to meet your most worthy self,
Strengthening your confidence from within.
So allow yourself this time with me to cultivate self-love and step into your power.
And here we go.
I'd like you to find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down,
Ideally in a place where you do not normally sleep.
Let your hands rest gently.
And if it feels right for you,
Softly close your eyes and otherwise lower your gaze.
Take a moment to settle in.
Feel the support beneath you.
Allow your body to relax and give yourself permission to be fully present in this moment.
Now begin by bringing your awareness to your breath.
There's no need to change it.
Simply observe your breath.
Notice the coolness of the air as you inhale and the warmth as you exhale.
Now take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.
Let each breath guide you deeper into a state of relaxation.
With every inhale,
Invite in calmness and ease.
With every exhale,
Release tension,
Worries and any feelings of unworthiness.
Continue breathing in this gentle rhythm,
Feeling more present and centered with each breath.
I'll give you a minute to do this on your own.
Keep on breathing in and breathing out,
Noticing the cold air coming in and the warm air coming out.
Now,
I'd like to invite you to bring your attention to your body.
Starting at the top of your head,
Gently scan down,
Noticing any tension or tightness.
Imagine a warm golden light beginning to slowly flow down from your crown,
Releasing any heaviness as it moves.
Relax your forehead.
Soften your eyes.
Unclench your jaw.
Let this warmth flow down over your shoulders.
Imagine releasing any burdens that you've been carrying.
Feel the warm golden light move down to your arms and to your hands and your fingers,
Melting away any tension.
Allow your chest to expand with ease.
And let your belly soften.
Feel this relaxation spread through your back,
Your hips,
Your legs and all the way down to your toes.
Your whole body is now bathed in this comforting warm golden light and your body is completely at ease.
And now,
I would like to invite you to connect with your deep,
Inherent worth.
In your mind,
I would like you to repeat these affirmations after me,
Slowly allowing them to sink in.
I am enough,
Just as I am.
I am worthy of love and kindness.

Simply observe it with kindness.
You do not have to force anything.
Just let these affirmations wash over you,
Planting seeds of self-worth within you.

Valuable simply because I exist.
And now I would like to invite you to imagine yourself in a beautiful,
Safe space.
Think about a lush meadow,
A peaceful forest or a sunlit room.
In this place,
You see someone approaching.
As they step closer,
You realize it is you.
Your most worthy,
Confident and radiant self.
This version of you exudes self-love and deep inner knowing.
They look at you with warmth and understanding.
Imagine yourself walking towards them and you stand together.
And you feel the presence of their strength and their self-assurance.
They reach out,
Placing a gentle hand over your heart.
As if passing their wisdom and love directly to you.
You are one and the same.
This worthiness has always been within you.
Take a moment and absorb this deep truth.
And now ask this version of yourself if they have a message for you.
Listen with an open heart.
What wisdom do they share?
What do they want you to know about your worth?
Take a moment to receive their words in depth.
Letting them imprint upon your heart.
Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel your body resting.
Supported.
Home.
Take a moment to acknowledge yourself for showing up for this practice.
Recognize the courage it takes to honor your worth.
Feel gratitude for yourself.
Feel gratitude for this moment.
Feel gratitude for the journey you are on.
And when you feel ready,
Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Gently stretch if that feels good.
And when you feel ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Returning to your space with a renewed sense of self-worth and confidence.
And remember,
Your worth is not something that you have to earn.
It is something that you already possess.
Carry this truth with you as you move through your day.
