What is the most important commodity we all share? Some would say money or health, or perhaps something different, but time is the only thing you can never get back. When it's gone its gone. This piece of music was great fun to write, experiencing an abundance of emotions along the way, as I reflected on this moment in time, the time lost and how to best spend the time to come. The progression of the music grows from the initial simulation of a clock ticking, to a verse teeming with positivitiy, steadily building to towards an energetic chorus, but one still thoughtful with an undertone of reflection, in some parts, making me happy and sad at the same time somehow. I hope you enjoy this music, and if needed, I hope you find some inspiration on how to best spend your own time.
