Start by ensuring you're sitting in a comfortable position or laying comfortably,
That your body is fully relaxed and that you're breathing gently and deeply.
Notice the air flowing in and out of your body.
Notice whether it is your chest or your stomach which rises and falls with your in-breath and your out-breath.
As you notice your breathing rhythm,
Make it slightly deeper and slightly slower.
Breathing in a little bit more and in-breath slightly slower and then breathing out all of that air nice and slowly.
Making sure that your body is comfortable and rested,
Your breathing rhythm is deep and slow.
As we go into this meditation,
On you are you and that's okay.
As you hear these words,
Let them rest in your being.
Try not to think about them but just become aware of any emotions or reactions that happen within you in the pause between these statements,
Based on the statement that you are you and that's okay.
You are not your changing emotions and feelings.
You are you and that's okay.
You are not your roles in work,
Family or society.
You are you and that's okay.
You are not your upbringing or conditioning from childhood.
You are you and that's okay.
You are not your traumas from the life that you have lived.
You are you and that's okay.
You are not your achievements or your successes.
You are you and that's okay.
If you don't fit in with society's conventions,
It doesn't matter.
You are you and that's okay.
There is nothing wrong with you.
If you have anything on the neuro-spicy scale as part of your being,
You are you and that's okay.
You are good enough because you are you and that's okay.
As the music fades,
We spend a short time in silence.
Understand the reality that you are you and that's okay.
As you rise from this meditation,
Step out from here back into your everyday life.
Live in the truth of the realization that you are you and that's okay.
