Chakra Keys To Sleep

This music has been created with four layers of sounds playing simultaneously. Each layer is represented by four of the music keys: C, D, E and B. Each of these keys corresponds respectively to four of the chakra, the energy centers within the body: the root, sacral, solar plexus and the soul star. The root requires pure energy to provide grounding. The soul star is located above the top of the head and holds the energy of the soul. While listening to the music, positive energy will be transferred to the chakra simultaneously, bringing them into balance. When the chakra are balanced, they promote well-being, granting us the ability to rest and attain a regenerative sleep. Music composition: Dara Rabel
