Welcome to this guided meditation where together we will heal and empower our heart chakras,
Balancing and cleansing them.
We will connect with each other and share in the love which surrounds us.
And so,
Let us come to find comfortable positions where our sit bones are grounded firmly into the seats below us and our spine is straight.
Imagine a string attached to the top of your head,
Pulling you lightly upward,
And imagine that string is cut,
Coming to rest firmly back down onto your seat.
Roll your shoulders down and back.
Lift your heart.
Keep your chest open.
Make sure your chin is lightly tucked.
And if you haven't already,
Allow your eyes to fall closed.
Let us scan down through our bodies.
Start at the top of your head and feel down through the muscles in your face.
Release any tension,
Any holding.
Allow your jaw to hang loose.
Feel your tongue coming to rest at the bottom of your mouth.
Feel this relaxation dropping down into your neck and your shoulders.
Relax and release while ensuring you keep your chest open.
Feel the relaxation moving down your arms,
Into your hands,
And let everything go.
Bring your attention onto your chest and your upper back.
Breathe into the space and allow any tightness you find there to drift away.
Sink further into your abdomen,
Belly,
And lower back.
Relax it all.
Feel your hips relax.
Feel your thighs relax.
Bring your attention down onto your knees,
Ankles,
And feet,
Releasing all tension and holding you find.
Finally,
Bring your attention onto your body as a whole.
Feel your outline as if you were your own skin.
Release and relax everything.
Sink in to this moment,
Releasing all tension,
All tightness,
Allowing yourself to fall into the flow of the present moment.
Now bring your attention onto your breath.
On your next inhalation,
Take a very deep breath in.
Feel yourself completely and hold.
Squeeze in your belly.
Lift your pelvic floor.
Squeeze your chest and your upper back like you're squeezing a tube of toothpaste.
Feel the energy rising up your spine.
And release with a sigh.
Let's take one more deep breath like this.
Breathe fully in,
Filling every last bit,
And hold.
Squeeze from the base of your spine all the way up through your belly,
Your chest,
And your upper back.
And release.
Perfect.
Allow your breath to fall back into an uncontrolled rhythm.
Let it flow naturally.
Simply witness its natural flow.
See yourself walking a path through the deep woods in the middle of the night.
Feel the cool breeze.
Hear the crickets and the sounds of the forest.
See the moonlight splaying down through the treetops.
Hear the crunch of gravel and dirt beneath your feet.
And see that up ahead,
This trail opens up to a clearing.
Emerging into the clearing,
See that it's a misty meadow and the moon,
Full and bright,
Is high in the sky above.
See the others who are meditating here with us,
Emerging from other paths which lead to this clearing.
And see us coming together in the center of the meadow.
See us sitting in a circle,
Finding meditative positions around each other.
And as we settle in to our postures in this magical place,
Let us invite our guides to join us.
Let us invite higher dimensional spirits,
Angelic beings,
Ascended masters.
Let us invite our ancestors and healers,
Any beings that might be here,
Available to join us with purposes of enabling the greatest good for all of us here.
And invite them to join us now.
Invite them to sit among us in the circle.
And by the presence of these spirits,
Feel now into your heart space.
Imagine a bright green light directly in the center of your chest,
Your heart chakra.
And begin taking deeper breaths,
Breathe in slowly and fully,
And release your breath in an extended exhalation.
Allow your outbreaths to linger and stretch.
Breathe in the cool night air,
Feeling the life force energy purifying your heart.
And breathe out all anxiety or tension you may have been holding onto.
Breathe in light and love.
And breathe out all limitation.
Resting here together,
Breathe into your heart space.
I want you to think of something you are truly grateful for.
It might be a friend or a family member.
It might be the group you're here meditating with tonight.
It might be a pet or a memory.
Whatever it is,
Even if it's just this time you have to take for yourself right now.
Feeling the gratitude that you feel into your heart as you continue to breathe and focus on the bright green energy of your heart chakra.
Feel the gratitude filling you.
Feel it balancing your heart space.
Feel it cleansing the energy there.
And allow the gratitude to pour in.
Allow it to spill out of your heart space and run through the entirety of your body.
Allow the emotions of gratitude to surge up within you.
Feel them opening your heart.
And now,
Having empowered our hearts with gratitude,
Let us share the love we've cultivated with each other.
Imagine the green lights at our heart reaching out and touching the heart energy of everyone here with us.
Feel us establishing a sacred coherence with each other.
Feel the energy of the higher dimensional spirits who have joined us here.
And allow these wonderful feelings of connection and love to grow.
Imagine that our entire circle is surrounded by the light of love.
Feel it encompassing us.
Feel it empowering our sense of being.
Feel it transforming us into the highest expressions of our self.
Though we are each individuated and unique,
We are all a part of something greater and connected.
And through our hearts,
We can sense this connection.
We can feel in to this place where we are all connected.
Where we are all one.
And so just breathe here,
Sharing your heart's energy,
Giving and receiving love with those who are here with us.
And inviting connection to the spirits who have joined us.
And so just breathe here,
Sharing your heart's energy,

Here in this connected place,
Allow yourself to open to any guidance,
To any assistance that these higher dimensional spirits which have joined us may have to offer.
Here in this connected place,

Having empowered our hearts,
Having connected with each other,
And having opened to receive,
Let us seal this practice by holding the intention of taking it with us into our lives.
Right now,
To live from this heart space.
To live empowered by gratitude and with the knowledge that there are beings around us which are here to help,
That we can always reach out to when we're in need of assistance.
And so see yourself now standing from this circle.
See us communing together.
See us sharing the love we've cultivated together.
And know that these friends and family members are here for us always,
That we can connect to them through the heart space.
And see yourself leaving the meadow.
See yourself walking down the path from which you came.
And see that the sun is rising.
See that the night is ending.
And proceed forward into the new dawn.
Now we return to our bodies,
Graced with a newfound awareness of our heart.
So allow yourself to sense the space around you.
Allow yourself to take a big deep breath in and a restorative breath out.
Wiggle your toes.
Wiggle your fingers.
And whenever you're ready,
Open your eyes.
