Thank you for joining me for this meditation where we will hold the intentions together of emboldening our hearts to find balance,
Abundance,
And connection.
And so please come to find a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down,
With your hands resting on your lap or the floor beside you.
And straighten your spine,
Lengthening the back of your neck,
Ensuring your chin stays lightly tucked.
And roll your shoulders down and back,
Opening your chest wide,
And lift your heart space.
And if you haven't already,
Please close your eyes.
And so let us find relaxation here,
In whatever posture we are in.
Allow your body to relax into the floor or the seat below you.
Feel into your muscles.
Release any holding.
Relax any tightness.
Check in with the muscles of your face,
Check in with your jaw and your tongue.
Allow it all to relax.
And feel through the rest of your body.
Any tightness,
Focus in on it.
Breathe into it.
And allow yourself to release the tension.
Now feel your whole body.
Sense your energetic outline.
And allow everything within to relax.
And so on your next inhalation,
Take a big deep breath in,
Feeling yourself completely.
And hold,
Squeeze everything in around your spine.
And release.
Let's take one more deep breath like this.
And so breathe fully in,
All the way,
And hold.
Squeeze and release.
Perfect.
And so just allow your breath to settle into its natural rhythms.
Make no effort to control it.
Simply witness its flow.
Having relaxed our bodies and minds,
Let us connect with our community.
Let us connect with all others around the planet,
Doing their own meditations.
Let us connect with those who are living lives similar to our own,
Experiencing the same challenges and overcoming the same obstacles that we are.
Knowing that we are deeply connected energetically,
Let us open to this connection.
Let us welcome in connection to all those meditating here with us now,
Or who have done this meditation throughout time and space.
And welcome in any connection from ascended masters,
From beings of higher dimensionality who may be here to share in our benevolent intentions and willing to add the power of their own consciousness to the proceedings.
And so returning to the intentions of balancing our hearts,
Finding abundant energy within and holding connection to the living universe,
Let us come to see a bright white light floating directly ahead of us at the same height as our heart.
See this small orb of light come to rest a few meters ahead of you.
And knowing this ball of light is a healing energy,
Knowing that it is here to help open our hearts.
Start seeing it move forward into your chest on each inhalation.
And on each exhalation,
Witness the ball of light as it moves back to its position a few meters out from your heart.
And just breathe this light in into your heart and breathe out as it moves away.
And just stay here,
Connected to your heart,
Witnessing this orb of light moving into and out of your chest with the rhythms of your breath.
Take a few more breaths,
Breathe in through your lungs as you go on your breath as you go.
And everything over your bodies inst musician heck.
And so,
On your next inhalation,
Find that the ball of light centers in onto your heart and stays there.
As you breathe in,
Feel this ball growing.
And as you breathe out,
Feel it shrinking back down.
Feel this light breathing with you,
Centered on your heart,
Empowering you energetically.
Feel it clearing you.
Feel it healing you.
And allow yourself to welcome in these healing vibrations.
And now,
Allow your breath to grow deeper,
Breathing into and out of your heart in deep,
Full breaths.
And I want you to think of something you are truly grateful for.
This might be a person in your life.
It might be a happy memory,
Or something in the future that you're really excited for.
Whatever it is for you,
Find this object of gratitude and bring it into your heart as you continue breathing fully into and out of the space.

Releasing our deep breathing,
Allowing it to return to its own natural rhythms.
Please raise your hands and place them one palm over the other atop your heart space.
And as we sit here together for a few moments,
Allow yourself to focus in on the natural rhythms of your breath.
And any time your mind wanders,
Recenter yourself with the mantra,
I choose to be led by my heart.
And so just breathe and bring yourself back with gentle awareness to the mantra,
I choose to be led by my heart.
And so just breathe and bring yourself back with gentle awareness to the mantra,
I choose to be led by my heart space.
Being deeply connected with our hearts,
Having empowered them and opened them,
Let us sit together allowing space for any wisdom our heart has to offer us to rise up and come to the surface.
And so just let go here,
Let your mind focus in on the natural rhythms of your breath.
Set the intention of welcoming any wisdom from your heart and see what comes up for you.
You and so having opened to the wisdom of our hearts and Having connected with not only its abundant energy,
But each other Let us return to our bodies Setting the intention now of retaining this deep connection with our heart of of embodying the truths which it may have illuminated for us and Choosing to be led by our hearts Trusting that they will lead us exactly where the universe has to take us and That their wisdom will bring us towards a brighter future and So let us return to our bodies Feel the space around you Allow your toes and fingers to gently move Take a deep breath in And out And whenever you're ready open your eyes Thank you so much for joining this meditation today I'm really grateful for this opportunity to have connected with you Namaste
