This guided meditation walks the practitioner through the process of entering into, and shifting through, a fairly light version of the first four jhana states. It includes a brief (90 seconds) framing, followed by a little over 40 minutes of mostly silent meditation time. At appropriate intervals, prompts are given on the shifts required to move through the jhana states.
