Transcript

Understanding abundance is powerful,

But feeling it within you is where transformation happens.

Let's now journey inward together with a short meditation to anchor today's wisdom into your body,

Your mind,

And your spirit.

Now moving into the sacred time of stillness.

Begin to settle in,

Allowing your body to relax.

Gently close your eyes.

Let your hands rest loosely in your lap or by your sides.

I want you to take a deep,

Slow breath in,

Filling your lungs completely,

And exhale fully.

Releasing any tension or any thoughts that have decided to come and visit.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Inviting in peace and ease,

Letting go of anything that no longer serves you.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to soften a little more,

Feeling supported by the ground beneath you.

During this meditation,

We honor abundance,

Not only in what we receive,

But in who we are.

In your mind's eye,

Imagine a warm,

Golden light above your head.

Now this light represents the limitless abundance available to you.

With each inhale,

Feel this golden light gently pouring down through the crown of your head.

Flowing through your body,

Filling your heart,

Your mind,

Your spirit with gratitude,

With wholeness,

With abundance.

Notice how easily this light moves through you.

Effortless,

Generous,

Infinite.

You are already abundant.

Abundance lives within you.

Allow yourself now to silently affirm,

I am open to receive.

I am grateful for all that I have and all that is coming.

Abundance is my natural state.

Feel the truth of these words as the golden light wraps around you,

Offering a deep sense of peace,

Safety,

And trust.

Allow yourself to rest in this feeling just for a few moments here.

As we come to the end of this meditation,

Bring to mind one thing you are grateful for from today.

Big or small,

Hold it close to your heart,

Knowing that gratitude expands the flow of abundance.

Now take a deep breath,

And gently sigh it out.

When you are ready,

Slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Bringing gentle movement back to your body.

When it feels right,

Gently open your eyes.

Carry this peace,

This fullness,

This abundance with you into the remainder of your day or into your night and beyond,

Knowing you are abundant,

You are enough,

And you are whole.
