Welcome to this guided meditation with Dani the yogi dog.

This meditation has been designed to help you release the limiting beliefs and thoughts associated with scarcity so that you can finally step into all of the abundance that is rightfully yours.

Scarcity is the belief that there is not enough to go around.

It's the feeling that resources,

Whether they're money,

Time,

Or opportunities,

Are limited.

On the other hand,

Abundance mindset is grounded in the belief that there is always more to discover,

More to give,

And more to receive.

When you adopt an abundance mindset,

You begin to see the world as full of possibility.

Opportunities begin to multiply and you start to feel like you have enough,

Not just in material things,

But in love,

In creativity,

And potential.

Over the next seven days,

I invite you to commit to this journey of finally releasing scarcity and anything that is holding you back.

As you begin to relax,

Allow your body to settle in,

Finding a place of comfort and stillness.

During our time together,

We will be focusing on releasing the scarcity mindset and inviting abundance into your life.

Now take a moment to bring your awareness to your body.

Starting with your feet,

Gently notice any areas of tension.

As you inhale,

Imagine sending a warm wave of light into your feet,

Relaxing them.

With each exhale,

Release any tightness you may feel.

Slowly move your awareness up through your legs,

Your hips,

Belly,

And chest.

Allow every part of your body to soften and release.

Feeling deeply relaxed and at ease.

Now bring your awareness to your shoulders.

Notice any heaviness or tightness there.

And with every breath,

Feel those tensions melt away.

Continue this process up to your neck,

Your face,

And finally the top of your head.

Let go of anything weighing you down.

You are fully present in this moment.

You are safe and you are relaxed.

Now gently bring your awareness to your thoughts.

Imagine them like clouds in the sky.

Some may be light and airy,

While others are heavy and dark.

Notice if any thoughts of lack,

Fear,

Or worry are passing through your mind.

These are the thoughts of scarcity.

These thoughts may feel natural since they've been with you for a long time.

But right now in this moment,

We're going to release them.

As each thought of scarcity comes into your mind,

Visualize it as a cloud.

And with each exhale,

Watch it float away,

Dissolving into the vast sky of infinite possibility.

Remind yourself it's okay if your mind wanders.

Just bring it back to those thoughts and watch them float away.

Now taking a deep breath in,

And with it bring to mind any feelings of limitation or fear around money,

Success,

Or even love.

Maybe you felt that there isn't enough.

Or maybe you felt that you are not worthy.

Or that abundance is for others,

Not you.

Whatever it is,

Acknowledge it with kindness.

And say to yourself,

I am releasing you now.

On your next inhale,

Imagine drawing in healing light.

A light that is rich with love and abundance.

I want you to feel this light filling your chest,

Your heart,

And expanding through your entire body.

As you exhale,

I want you to imagine releasing the fears and limitations that no longer serve you.

That are no longer aligned with your new vision of yourself.

Let them go and watch them dissipate in the air.

Now I want you to take a moment and bring those thoughts of scarcity or fear or limitation back into your mind's eye.

And with every inhale,

I want you to draw in warmth and abundance.

And on every exhale,

I want you to release any old beliefs or old stories that no longer define you.

So perhaps this could look like inhaling and repeating to yourself,

I am drawing in warmth and abundance.

I am full of light.

And on every exhale,

I release my old limiting beliefs.

Or I release my old story.

So take a moment and try this out.

Inhaling warmth and abundance.

Exhaling any scarcity,

Beliefs,

Or thoughts.

Or fear or worry.

Allowing the shoulders to drop.

Reminding yourself that you are safe and you are relaxed.

Now begin to shift your focus to abundance.

Picture yourself standing in a beautiful field with the sun shining warmly above you.

In this space,

There is no lack.

Everything you need,

Everything you desire is already here.

All around you.

This field is rich with flowers,

Trees,

And resources.

All of it is freely available to you.

Right now.

Take a moment to truly feel this abundance.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.

Hear the gentle rustling of the leaves.

Breathe in deeply and notice the fresh air around you.

This is your natural state.

A state of limitless possibility and abundance.

Feeling totally at ease.

Feeling confident and powerful.

And knowing that you are whole and complete.

As you stand in this field,

I want you to begin affirming to yourself.

I am worthy of abundance.

There is always enough for me.

I am open to receiving all the good that life has to offer.

I am abundant in love,

Health,

Wealth,

And success.

I trust in the flow of life and I welcome all that is meant for me.

With each affirmation,

Allow the energy of abundance to settle deeper into your body.

Allow these words to resonate in every cell as you become a magnet for all that is good.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine the energy of abundance now surrounding you.

It wraps around you like a glowing light protecting and nurturing you.

This light infuses you with confidence,

Trust,

And an unshakable belief that there is more than enough for you.

From this moment on,

Know that whenever you feel scarcity creeping in,

You can return to this field,

This energy,

And reconnect with your natural state of abundance immediately.

Take a moment to thank yourself for showing up today and for allowing yourself to release scarcity.

You have opened the door to a new way of thinking,

Feeling,

And most importantly,

Being.

The abundance you seek is already within you,

And now it flows freely and effortlessly.

When you're ready,

Gently begin to bring your awareness back to this present moment.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

And when it feels right,

Open your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

And slowly exhale.

As you carry on with your day or evening,

Remember this moment.

Remember you are abundant.

Remember you are worthy.

And I thank you for allowing yourself this time to heal and to grow.

May you walk forward in the flow of abundance,

Infinite love and gratitude.
