Dani has been working in wellness since 2001 inspiring people to live life with purpose, harmony and with joy. She is a senior Yoga teacher, having trained in NYC, Dublin and India, a Reiki Master and a mental health and wellbeing coach. She combines the practices of yoga, meditation, pranayama and deep relaxation with reiki and coaching to promote self-care, positive psychology and inner strength. Dani has been hosting yoga and wellbeing retreats since 2013 in Ireland, Greece, Iceland, Portugal and Ibiza and encourages self reflection along with laughter and fun to elicite transformation. She holds the belief that change can be encouraged through gentle attention and loving kindness.
