Guided Meditation - You Are The Light

I invite you to join me in this guided meditation with the purpose of inviting you to step fully into shining the Divine Light that is inherent within you, that is the truth and the essence of who and what you are.

So please make yourself comfortable, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and give yourself permission to shine and glow beyond anything you have ever experienced before.

Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom and this meditation called You Are The Light.

And this of course speaks to the truth that within each and every single one of us,

The divine spark,

The light of spirit,

The light of God is inherent.

It has always been there.

It is there now.

It is always going to be there.

And so the purpose of this meditation is to call that light forth,

To allow it to shine brighter than anything that we've ever imagined,

Anything that we've ever experienced previously in our lives.

And so in this moment,

I invite you to make yourself comfortable,

Whatever that means to you.

Find a position that is just right for you.

I invite you to close your eyes,

Allow a smile to play across your face,

Just to let the body know that all is well,

Just to let the body know that right now,

Right here,

It is safe to relax,

To release tension,

To release stress,

To release worry,

Fear,

And doubt.

I invite you to take a deep breath in,

Breathing in through your nostrils,

Breathing in peace and exhaling stress.

Another deep breath in,

Breathing in light and breathing out fear and worry.

One last deep breath in,

Breathing in love and breathing out a sense of not being enough.

As we move into the meditation,

I invite you to turn your attention toward the breath,

Allowing each breath,

Along with my words,

To move you deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper into the stillness and into the silence.

And as I've come to be a sort of tradition where these meditations are concerned,

I want to open with a message from Spirit.

God wants you to know that you are its beloved in whom it is well pleased.

And if you're not comfortable with the word God,

Other words are Spirit,

Higher power,

The universe,

Life with a capital L,

Divine matrix,

Infinite intelligence,

Love beauty,

Energy,

Unified field,

Or something else.

Whatever we choose to call it,

It does not care.

So you are its beloved and in you it is well pleased.

Because you are its light.

You are light,

The divine light that lighted up the world.

That light is within you.

That light is who and what you are.

And there's nothing that can douse this light.

There's nothing that can keep it from shining.

There is nothing that can obscure it other than the small and the limited thought patterns,

Perceptions,

Beliefs,

Opinions,

Judgments that are roaming your mind,

That are running free in your mind.

But you are this light.

There's nothing that can change the truth that you are the divine light as bright as the sun.

And you have come here to shine this light.

You have come here to allow it to radiate,

To glow,

To illuminate this world,

To illuminate the consciousness of humanity,

To illuminate every space and every place where you go and where you are.

To illuminate every moment.

You are the light.

Regardless of what anyone else has told you,

Regardless of whatever you may be telling yourself about who and what you are,

About your self-worth,

About your self-value,

About why you're here,

About how you came here,

You are the light.

You being in absolute oneness with the divine,

A unique,

Perfect,

Whole and complete expression of the one mind,

The one power,

The one source of everything,

The light that God is,

Is who and what you are.

There is no separation in spirit.

There is no division in God.

There is no diminishment in God.

You're made in the image and likeness of spirit.

And so all of that which God is,

You are.

Just like the wave is all of that which the ocean is.

The wave is one with the ocean and so it carries all of the qualities of the ocean.

Just like the sunbeam is one with the sun.

And in this oneness,

The sunbeam carries all of the qualities that the sun has.

And in exactly the same way as you and God are one,

You are one with the ocean.

You are a holographic image of all that which God is.

So you are the light.

Are the light.

It is not going to be given to you.

It cannot ever be given to you.

You are it.

You are it.

It is who and what you are.

It is the truth and the essence of your being.

And you have come here to shine the light.

You've come here to allow it to radiate,

To exude from the depth of your being,

From the core of your essence.

For all men and women on the planet to see and to feel.

The only thing that is needed is for you to give yourself permission to be who and what you are,

To step into shining the light that you are.

The only thing that is needed is for you to allow yourself to shine,

To glow,

To illuminate.

In the same way that the sun has given itself permission to shine its light,

To give its gifts and blessings to the planet,

To share what it has to share.

So it is for you to give yourself permission to give and share of the light of your talents,

Abilities,

Qualities,

Your gifts and your blessings to the world.

No one needs to give you permission.

You don't need permission from anyone to shine your light.

You don't need the approval of anyone else external to you.

To be who and what you are,

To be who and what you are meant to be,

Who you have come here to be.

So as you move deeper and deeper and deeper into the stillness and into the silence,

As your body relaxes,

As every muscle releases tension,

As your breathing slows,

Know,

Know that you are the light of God.

God is saying,

You are my beloved and in you I'm very well pleased.

God is saying,

Be who you are.

Shine the light,

Be the love,

Be the peace that you are.

A rose has come here to share with beauty,

Its fragrance.

An oak tree has come here to share its magnificence,

Its power.

The ocean has come here to share its beauty,

Its fragrance.

To give and share its gifts.

You have come here to give and share of your gifts and you have them.

They may not have been fully realized by you yet.

You may not have discovered them yet.

You may not have given yourself permission to give and share them yet,

But you have them.

As unique,

Perfect,

Whole and complete expression,

Emanation of spirit of the one mind,

The one power.

You've come here to allow that uniqueness,

That perfection,

That wholeness,

That completeness to be revealed in ever,

Ever,

Ever expanding ways.

In a way that only you can do.

The light that you are is not like any other light on this planet.

The light that you are is unique for you.

So there's no need for you to compare your light with anyone else's.

There's no need for you to move into competition with anyone else.

But the light that you are is yours to shine in your unique way according to your unique and perfect path.

Your unique and perfect mission.

Your unique and perfect reason for being here.

This light that you are,

It is yours to shine regardless of what anyone else says.

Just like the sun that shines on the just and the unjust that has no care as to whoever receives its gifts and whatever they may think of the gift that they are receiving.

The sun shines its light.

And you are here to shine your light to the very best of your ability.

You're here to allow for the greatness that you are,

The excellence that you are,

The love that you are,

The peace that you are to well up from within you touching,

Moving,

Inspiring,

Empowering,

Uplifting humans you know and beings you will not ever know anything about because there's a ripple effect.

This ripple effect.

Every single time you allow yourself to shine the light that you are at its fullest people beyond your conscious field will be affected,

Will be uplifted,

Will be empowered,

Will be touched,

Will be moved by it.

So the light that you are,

That you have come here to shine,

It is not only for you and your loved ones,

Those in your immediate consciousness,

Those in your immediate space,

But it is for all of humanity.

All of the world and for all of creation.

That,

That is how important you are.

That is how much you matter.

There is no little old insignificant you.

There is only the you that have a major part to play in the unfoldment of creation.

That is what you have been charged with.

That is what you have been entrusted with.

To consciously participate in expanding the collective consciousness,

In raising the collective consciousness,

In raising the collective vibration.

That is why you're here.

That is why you have come here.

And in shining your light,

In giving and sharing of your gifts,

In touching and moving and inspiring individuals,

It does not matter one little bit what you have done up until this very moment.

Nothing in the so-called past matters.

There's no historical power that is keeping you or blocking you or preventing you from allowing the light that is who and what you are to shine,

To glow,

To radiate ever more clearly,

Ever more brightly.

Because this moment and every single moment is a new beginning.

This moment and every single moment offers a fresh start.

It offers a fresh start for you to shine the light that you are.

Give it permission.

Give yourself permission to shine,

To glow,

To luminous.

Give yourself permission to step into who and what you are,

To say yes to who and what you are.

You are what you are.

You are what you've always been.

You are what you will always be.

Light and love.

Knowing and feeling that you are the light.

I invite you to do so,

Knowing and feeling that the light that you are knows no boundaries,

Knows no limit,

That it is eternal,

It is infinite.

It is infinite.

I invite you to know that the light that you are,

It is not your light.

It is not a personal possession.

It is an emanation,

A revelation,

An expression of the light of God,

The light of spirit,

The light of the universe.

It has been given to you fully and freely,

Not for you to keep,

But for you to give and share.

And it is safe for you to be this light.

It is safe for you to express the light.

To express the light.

It is safe for you to reveal the light that you are.

So be the light.

Allow it to shine.

Give yourself permission to set yourself free from that which heretofore may have obstructed,

Concealed,

Hindered,

Hidden,

Covered up.

The light dimmer up to its fullest so that the shining,

Glowing,

Radiating beacon of light and love that you are may shine,

May illuminate,

May light up the world,

All the men and women,

All the women and men that come into your field,

That come into your consciousness.

It is safe for you to shine your light.

It is safe for you to be the light that you are.

God is saying,

You are my beloved,

And in you I am well pleased.

It is God's deepest desire that you shine your light as bright as you possibly can.

Because it is in you shining your light in ever increasing brightness and luminosity that God gets to express and reveal more of itself.

That is ultimately why you are here,

For Spirit to reveal more of that which God is,

For God to express more of that which it is,

For God to come into ever greater and greater expressions in us and through you.

That is why you are here,

That is why you are here,

That is why you are here,

That is why you are here,

That is why you have come.

So you have a mandate to shine your light.

God has got you in you shining your light.

The whole universe has got your back,

So that you may give yourself permission to shine,

To glow.

The whole universe conspires on your behalf,

So that you may turn off the dimmer,

Lift up the rug,

Sweep off the dust,

That your light may shine as bright,

As bright,

As bright as the sun and beyond,

Beyond anything that you have ever imagined,

Beyond anything that you have ever experienced,

Beyond anything that this world has ever experienced.

Beyond anything that you have ever experienced.

This is why you are here,

To be the light that you.

God is saying,

Thank you my beloved,

In you I am very,

Very,

Very pleased.
