Greetings.

This is a fall equinox meditation meant to celebrate your blessings.

I invite you to find a comfortable place.

You might be in a seat at home,

Maybe you're laying down in the grass,

Wherever you are,

Do your best to find a place where you can stay and be comfortable.

If it feels safe,

You can close your eyes or perhaps soften your gaze,

Finding a hazy point of focus.

As you take your next breath out,

Can you send your breath down and out,

Down your spine,

Down your legs,

Through the bottoms of your feet or whatever is touching the earth.

As you breathe in,

Can you bring that energy back up and in,

Breathing down and out,

Breathing up and in,

Breathing down and breathing in,

Slowly coming back to your natural breath.

I invite you to consider a few blessings that you received this year.

You didn't necessarily ask for them.

Allow your mind to wander,

Consider that trip,

That card,

That ridiculously beautiful rose,

That new friend,

Or maybe even that mistake,

Which in time revealed itself as a blessing.

As you allow your mind to wander and consider the blessings you received this year,

Can you notice if those blessings land in a particular place in your body?

Can you notice if those blessings relate to certain feelings or sensations?

If it feels challenging to locate a particular place in your body,

I invite you to bring your hand or attention to your heart.

With your next breath in,

I invite you to breathe into these blessings.

As you breathe out,

Can you let those feelings or sensations travel even an inch or two,

Breathing into that blessing and exhale.

As you breathe in and honor that blessing and exhale,

Can you imagine your blessing spreading slowly across your body,

Letting those feelings and sensations slowly and gently envelop you.

When you finally have this layer of gratitude,

Of abundance,

Can you notice any feelings or sensations that just by recognizing these blessings,

Expressing gratitude,

We are cultivating an inner sense of abundance.

As you breathe in,

Can you breathe into your heart?

As you exhale,

Can you breathe out and celebrate this aura of abundance?

Breathing in and out,

Breath in and out,

Breathing in and out,

Slowly coming back to your natural breath.

You can let your sphere of abundance slowly start to creep in towards your outer skin,

Traveling to your bones,

Coming in to your core and back to your heart.

Now is a sweet time if you would like to set an intention for the rest of your day or the rest of the season.
