This is a meditation intended for pregnancy, to help you have a more relaxed pregnancy, ease any discomforts, help strengthen the bond with your baby through expanding self-love and self-compassion and improve the quality of your sleep.

This meditation is intended to at any given moment during your pregnancy.
So I will ask you now to close your eyes gently,
Focusing your attention on your physical sensations,
Your thoughts,
Your emotions,
Focusing your attention within yourself.
And now noticing the steadiness beneath you,
This will be your moment of rest and nourishment.
And my voice will be here to accompany you on this effortless,
Nourishing journey.
You have done so much lately,
And now it is finally the time where you get to rest.
Feel your body giving in to the surface beneath it.
Focus on the steadiness that supports you.
Become aware of how this steadiness is always there for you.
Feel the steadiness rising up to support you.
And now breathe into this stability.
Let it steady you as you breathe.
Take a couple of breaths in this comfortable surrendering.
Feel the support.
Feel that it's always there for you as you breathe.
Focus on the expansion in your breath,
The expansion as you breathe in,
And the release of your out breath,
Naturally and effortlessly focusing on my voice.
In this moment where you're laying down,
Where there's no one waiting for you,
Nothing that you really need to be doing,
Nowhere you really need to be going,
Other than relaxing,
Softening down.
I will now invite you to connect with the beautiful energy that is all around us,
That infinite loving energy that has brought us here today.
Connect with that loving energy,
The gratitude towards this loving energy.
Allow for this warm energy to grow within you.
Coming from the soles of your feet,
Imagine it washing over you,
Energizing,
Nurturing you.
Going through the whole body,
Starting from the soles of your feet as you let go,
Following my voice in the same way you would follow a music you like.
Maybe you don't need to understand all of the notes,
All of the tunes,
But feel invited to simply enjoy the melody.
Feel yourself opening up for this song,
Savor not having to hold yourself up.
Your baby will be protected all throughout this visualization,
Benefiting from the endorphins,
From the relaxation of this moment.
You and your baby united in a harmonious connection.
The universe is an ocean of energy,
And our mind allows us to establish a harmonious connection with the universe.
Each aspect of this vastness has a peculiar vibration,
So in addition to thinking,
We must also be in tune with our ability to feel.
When the emotional body and the physical body connect through relaxation,
They can elevate our mind and our vibration.
And when we simply continue to relax even more,
Both our thoughts and emotions elevate our mind,
Recharging our energies.
And this is reflected not only physically and mentally,
But also in our creativity,
Inspiration,
Motivation,
Peace,
And ability to connect beautifully with your baby.

So now I will ask you to focus for a moment in your baby,
Maybe bringing your hand to your belly.
Feel this connection,

And as you concentrate and focus on your breathing now,
Feeling your lungs with air,
Breathing in comfortably,

Relaxing your chest,
Shoulders and your whole body as a form of surrender to our inner higher self,

Allowing for this breath to slow down at its own time,

When you're relaxing,
You activate this parasympathetic nervous system,
The part of your nervous system responsible for self-healing,
For making sure that your baby's healing and growing healthy,
Receiving all of the best,
Enough nourishments and nutrients.
So I'm going to invite you now to focus on your toes,
Toe by toe,
Visualizing the right toe on your mind.
And with the use of your imagination,
Give it a command to relax slowly,
Gently,
Visualize the sole of the right foot,
The inner part,
The heel,
And the ankle relaxing.
And now we will do the same with your left foot,
Toe by toe,
Relaxing all of your toes,
And the sole of the left foot,
The inner part of your left foot,
The heel,
And the ankle relaxing.
Focus on your lower legs,
Going to the knees,
Relaxing,
Softening the knees and all of the joints,
Focusing now on your upper legs,
On the muscles of the thighs.
Feel the legs softening,
Relaxing,
Now focusing on your lower belly,
Once again relaxing all of the muscles around your belly,
Around your baby.
The hips,
Sensation of calm and tranquility goes little by little all throughout your body.
Focusing on your fingers now,
Feel your hands,
Your fingers,
Your palms,
Mentally feel your hands relaxing more and more.
Focus on your wrists,
The part of the lower arms,
Your elbows,
Your upper arms,
Going to the shoulders,
Relaxing,
Letting go,
Softening the muscles in the joints of the arms,
Letting go if there's any tension on your shoulders,
Softening your shoulders,
Bringing some tenderness,
Some loving,
Relaxing the shoulders,
The back,
Relaxing all of the muscles of your back,
As if you were receiving a warm and nice shower,
Relaxing the chest,
Feeling that little by little all of your muscles are relaxing,
Easing down,
Softening,
As you feel better and better,
The sense of well-being,
Calmly and relaxed,
Your baby benefiting from all of this relaxation,
The two of you bonding beautifully,
Focusing now on your neck,
The back of your head,
Experience this feeling of well-being,
Relaxing your head,
Focusing now on your forehead,
Relaxing your eyebrows,
The muscles around your eyes,
Softening,
Relaxing,
Savoring not having to hold yourself up,
Feel the muscles in your face relaxing as you surrender more of your body weight to the surface beneath you,
Feeling the support,
The feeling that you're always supported,
Always provided for,
Now allowing for all of the muscles of your face to simply relax,
Letting go of any tensions,
Simply softening,
Focusing now on your lower jaw,
Gently relaxing the lower jaw,
This feeling of peace,
This sense of tranquility involves your whole being now,
Peacefully and smoothly your whole body surrounded by the light from this loving energy,
The vibration of love,
Vibration of unconditional love,
Concentrating on your mind and in your heart,
The love that you'll have for your baby that will continue to grow more and more,
This beautiful bond and connection strengthening more and more,
And now imagine the color that you want,
The color that for you represents,
Symbolizes the love and imagine a point of light in this color of your choosing,
A particle of light with the color you want in the center of your heart,
This color,
This particle can now gradually start to grow,
Growing and expanding and shining so beautifully,
Simply see your heart pumping and intensifying that light as you go,
It expands and grows,
Feel your heart completely surrounded by this light,
By the energy of love,
Vibrating intensely in the light,
This light,
This life and love awakening the awareness of the heart,
The source of the sense of harmony,
Balance,
Gradually this light begins to involve your whole body,
Connecting your heart to your uterus,
This special channel,
An energetical channel that is created when you're pregnant,
That connects your heart with your womb,
To send extra energy of love to your baby,
Because this love is just as important as the nutrients your beautiful baby is receiving,
You feel that little by little you are being involved by that light that transmits vitality,

Health,
Tranquility,
Revitalizing all parts of your body,
Easing any possible discomforts from the pregnancy and it feels so good,
It's so healthy for you to relax,

Enjoying this beautiful and comfortable feeling,
A feeling of well-being that can involve,
Embrace,
Hold your whole being in a beautiful cloud of the color you chose,
Pulsating and growing in an aura of peace,
A lot of peace,
Your own peaceful aura,
Strengthening and revitalizing all parts of your body,
Easing any discomforts from the pregnancy,
Bringing a sense of lightness as you regain your personal power,
Claiming your space in the world,
You have the right to be here,
You have a unique purpose,
Claiming your space,
Claiming your place in the world,
And allowing for any negative thoughts,
Any heavier emotions to be absorbed by this light,
And little by little,
Any negative thoughts or emotions are transformed into an immense vibrating light that gradually unfolds in all directions,
Involving all of the ones who are close to you in your space,
This light growing more and more and involving your entire surrounding,
The space where you are and your baby,
This force of unconditional love,
The vibration of that light continuing to be radiated,
Expanding more and more,
Purifying more and more,
Everyone in your environment,
Everyone around you benefiting from all of this light,
All of the space around us,
A great sphere of light surrounding now all of us,
The inner space,
Your personal self-space protected by this light,
So protected that even the other people's opinions or advices that don't resonate with you just stay outside of this bubble of protection and light,
Where your instinct gets enhanced,
Where you connect with your intuition for you and for your beautiful baby,
Protected with vibrations of health and peace and joy,
Wellbeing,
Tranquility,
And most of all this energy of unconditional,
Unlimited love,
Universal love emanating from your heart flows in all directions,
Both physical,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
Beyond the city who knows even beyond the country,
Beyond the world,
Spreading out everywhere,
Feeling the nourishment of this light,
The tenderness of this light,
Taking a few deep breaths here,
Sighing it all out,
And once more connecting with the beautiful,
Supportive surface underneath you,
Feel the support rising up to receive your body weight,
Surrender to this steadiness,
Let it steady you,

With how stable the surface underneath of you is,
How it's always there for you,
And taking another deep breath in,
