In this short practice, I guide you through a brief but powerful journey to reconnect with yourself in times of uncertainty. Together, we recollect moments of joy, laughter, light, and love as we reach for remembrance of who we are. This practice is especially beneficial for anyone who needs space and time to prioritize and sit with themselves.

In times of uncertainty,

Unfamiliarity,

And the unknown,

We forget who we are.

We forget who we want to become,

But we can always remember.

Being intentional with remembering who you are starts with meeting yourself here,

In the now.

Close your eyes.

Place your hand over your chest.

Take a deep breath.

Feel the beat of your heart.

When was the last time you felt joy?

Where were you when you laughed so hard that tears ran down your face?

When you last smiled?

When your eyes lit up?

When did you last feel that spark?

When did you feel loved,

Nurtured,

Cared for?

Who you are isn't lost or forgotten.

Who you are simply needs space,

Time,

And acknowledgement.

Today,

I invite you to make more room for who you really are,

To reconnect,

To nurture.

One day at a time.

One moment at a time.

Your future self thanks you and awaits your arrival.

There is no rush.

There is no time limit.

There is no expectation to do or be anything other than to be yourself here and now.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.

Take another deep breath in and exhale.

You are right where you need to be.

Welcome to the now.
