This is Diane Vick and today's TFT session is for depression.
I Do want to encourage that you do get therapy and treatments for any kinds of Psychiatric issues,
But this treatment can help you reduce some of your symptoms and it has been beneficial for me and many of my followers If you want to check out the different kinds of treatments that you can do with TFT which works with the different emotions You can check out my version for anxiety.
I have one for phobias,
And I also have one for anger There is also one last sequence which is for pain and you can check any of those out.
They're slight different Variations they are very similar to EFT which is emotional freedom technique because they have some of the similar tapping points But EFT is more of a generalized tapping as opposed to focusing on which emotion you are feeling The two tapping points for depression is the gamut point and the collarbone the gamut point We're gonna tap for 30 and this point is the point We're gonna use when we transition into the TFT of the sequence But before we can get there we have to know where you're at So on a scale from 0 to 10,
You can use the pain scale Which is typical scale that most people know and notice on 0 to 10.
Where are you?
If your stress is above the number 4 you're gonna continue to do this sequence until you get down to a 4 So let's say you are at an 8 You would do this sequence probably 2 to 3 times to bring it down to a 4 and then move on in the series so this gamut point is at the back of your hand in between your index finger and Pinky finger and You're gonna find a little tender spot.
You don't have a tender spot It doesn't matter but you're basically tapping in between those two bones the metatarsals of your hand in the back side of your hand So you're gonna count 30 and then we'll move on to the collarbone.
So 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 Now you move on to the collarbone for a count of 5 1 2 3 4 5 I'm going to Continue this sequence.
We're gonna do it two more times and just notice where you're at after each one Where are you right now on a scale from 0 to 10 and let's begin tapping at the gamut point 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 now the collarbone 1 2 3 4 5 This is the last time we're gonna do this Tapping points and I want you to notice where you're at right now And if you are at a 4 It won't hurt to do another series.
If you are above you want to continue this until you get down to a 4th Tapping again at the gamut point for 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 and 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 now the collarbone for 1 2 3 4 5 Taking a deep slow breath Notice where your depression is on a scale from 0 to 10.
How are you feeling if you're down to a 4?
We're gonna move on to tapping in the gamut point with the eye movements.
You're gonna find that gamut point again Tap and close your eyes Open your eyes.
We're gonna look up into the center down into the left up into the center down into the right Up into the center down into the left always tapping up into the center down into the right Up into the center down into the left up into the center down into the right Now we're going to do a series of three circles to the left and three to the right starting with the left one two Three over to the right one two three Counting up one two,
Three,
Four five counting back five four three two one.
Happy birthday again Mm-hmm Taking a deep slow breath notice where you're at if You're down to a zero or one you can stop but it won't hurt to continue one more time We're gonna continue tapping close your eyes Open your eyes up into the center down to the left and to the center down to the right Enter left Enter down up into the center left up into the center,

Three circles to the left one two Three three circles to the right one two three Mm-hmm Counting up one two,

Four five five four three two one If you are down to a level four We're gonna close off this series and just to make sure we got all the tapping points We're gonna tap the gamut point 30 more times and the collarbone Five more times tapping gamut one,
